I've done the citadel multiple times on T3/T4 before November 5th and didn't get the skin. The same happened to my colleague. "season of bugs" that's all 😢
I have a cat mount armor not in your video, it's called Kurast Undercity Barding. It dropped from one of the bosses at the end of Undercity, I think the floating ghost one.

I know that is one that ppl said was possibly bugged. The toughest part is that 3 quests are hidden and not marked on the map, so you either have to Google them or watch thebugwarrior video. The first one is in Kyovashad (in a completely different region), and then there’s "The Cat-Eye Curse", which is triggered by picking up a gem from a corpse inside a dungeon. This is the most relative boring buggy dog water of a game ever. I could'nt play it for more than 5mins before I realized how much I hated it and how terrible it is. Save your time do not play this game. It is TERRIBLE. DO NOT PLAY IT. PLAY ANTHING BUT THIS DOG PILE OF A GAME.
