Coconut Curry Shrimp
750g shrimp
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp barons curry powder, chiefs curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp oil/butter
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
3 chillies (optional)
2 mini pepper

Looks amazing.. just a quick tip... there is also a vein in the inside part of the shrimp. A lot of people oversee this one because its smaller than the vein on the outside of the shrimp. I clean both sides. :)

I made coconut shrimp a few months ago as well, but I added potatoes to it. I have not watch your videos for a while because I was not feeling well.
