Amen. I live in a town that has no laws against having loose outdoor cats. So as you can imagine, they're everywhere. No dogs going to be allowed here. 10K extra isn't going to be worth it in my situation. Even if I stated dogs must be on a leash I already know guests aren't going to listen.
The one that said you lied. Sounds like a typical narcissist. They project themselves onto others. Its her that is a liar and gets off with drama. They always think they a smarter and will win. When they don’t. They will do and say anything to make you look bad and they are the good guy! Crazy making is there thing!
Yes and it was a NIGHTMARE . And after going back and forth multiple times with them proving the guest went against Airbnb’s guidelines by lying in their review they still denied my claim which is extremely frustrating but oh well what can you do ! You just have to let your other reviews prove the bad one wrong ❤️

First group I hosted destroyed part of our unit causing over $5,000 in damage with holes in the wall etc.
