    Yup that's what I always say: "it's brighter to find it tighter".

    Do you wash your shirts after to get rid of the pretreatment before selling? How long do you heat the shirt to dry and at what pressure?

      Most people don't launder the shirts before they sell them. I never found it necessary. I use about 375 for 120 seconds or so, light pressure.

    For cotton heritage which do you recommend ? Like which shirt version for custom shirts

      Just reviewed the site again. Any one of their 100% cotton shirts work great. Blends work ok too because they use good materials. I suggest getting a sample pack in black and going from there. Can't go wrong.

    What percentage pre treat do you recommend to get good prints? I use los Angeles apparel which is heavyweight i am currently using 35% pre treat on them

      On dark shirts I'd use a 50-50 blend. As the shirt color gets lighter, then I reduce concentrate.

    does the pretreat stain disappear after its run thru the oven or after the heat press?

      No but pretreat stain will often wash out. Though depending on the dye used in specific brands of shirts, washing could make the stain more prominent.

    Hi. How long did the printing take with these settings?

      @MelcoEmbroidery  2 роки тому +1

      Morning, well since you essentially need to do every step twice, it can easily take twice as long or longer. Id estimate about 8 minutes for the budget shirt start to finish, and 3.5 for the good blank.

    No pause?

      @MelcoEmbroidery  2 роки тому

      Not a bad idea. I have heard of people pausing, then drying a bit, then putting more white, but honestly, bad shirts = bad prints.

    When you put so much ink it happens to start cracking

    • @MelcoEmbroidery
      @MelcoEmbroidery  3 роки тому

      Usually on these bad shirts it's usually due to too much pretreat and ink not bonding well with the fabric.
