    Lol pikes are already harrrdd to do and u them with rotation?😮 😅 Damn!! my shoulders dont like them much unfortunately.

      😁😊Thanks a lot for your compliment! If your shoulder doesn't like the Pike Circle swap it for simple (straight) Pikes, or you could do TRX Crunches instead (aka knee tucks).
