Hi Gabo, I would like your opinion on chaturanga (which, at least in the ashtanga style, is the same as the push up except the fact that the arms are narrow). How do you evaluate the position of the arms? Is it okay for the shoulders if the arms are narrow like in the traditional form?

I do usually diamond push ups with my hands on a bit lower than normal push ups, i do full protracted on top and retraction on bottom. Is this bad? Or just muscle specific ? Just need a 2nd opinion

I am obvisouly weak in my "deep core muscles"; i have a hard time holding my stomach "contracted" while doing like leglifts or even plank.
Do you have any videos about strengthening your "inner core"?
