Please Rev Sisters, I make a humble request that you pray for me, that God will restore my back, heal my spinal cord and for me to walk perfectly well in Jesus Mighty name... Amen
Go ahead but Jesus is greater than Mary. Jesus is God. Mary is not. So follow Jesus, He is omniscient. He knows everything. Which means he has all the answers you seek!
@@lufhopespeacefully2037 Because Tertullian invented the term in the late 2nd century, as a convenient shorthand for "the Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost" (Matthew 28:19).
@@stephenwright4973 ,ty for replying, ,jesus is the main central figure of bible, didn`t agree with me we have find a bible with his name, where does jesus talked about trinity.,
@@lufhopespeacefully2037 You are mistaken. There is no requirement that anyone use the name Trinity, nobody teaches such a thing. The correct Name is "The Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost", which is the Name in which Jesus commands Christians to be baptized in Matthew 28:19. Jesus calls The Father "the Only True God" in John 17:3, and Jesus Himself is called God in John 1:1 and John 20:28. Jesus explains His equality with God in John 5:18-30, and in John 5:24 Jesus says "all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honours not the Son honours not the Father Who sent him."
Thank for sharing the beauty of your calling and your lives. Truly our priests and religious are the only ones keeping us from complete collapse. Your prayers and your lives inspire all of us, and hopefully show us that we too, no matter what our state of life is, can live holy lives devoted to Our Lord. God bless you all 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
Thank you Sisters! Lord Jesus, we pray for our Sisters, fill them with the Holy Spirit. Holy Mary intercede for our Sisters...St Joseph, St Joan of Arc, protect them...St Michael, defend them... St Margaret Mary Alacoque, St Catherine of Siena, St Theresa of Avila, St Teresa of Lisieux, pray for them...St Vincent Ferrer give them wings. Blessings from South Africa.
But Jesus Christ alone is the only way to the Father, not Mary or any of those people. If you were really good your whole life and did amazing things--it would be because of the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ working through you. The moon gives us light because God made it reflect the sun, but we don't pray to either of those that God will have mercy on us. And we shouldn't. We must only pray to God. No one should pray to saints or to Mary, because none of them are the source of power that Jesus is. Mary was a willing vessel who did the Lord's work by carrying Jesus Christ, and we all should likewise be willing vessels to do God's specific will for our own lives. But we should not pray to each other (which is what praying to Mary and to saints involves). We are human beings, and God does NOT want us to pray to people. Only Jesus Christ is worthy. He alone holds the power that worked in all of those people while they were here. Colossians 2:9-10 says of Jesus Christ "For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power." When a person becomes a believer in Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit comes to dwell in them and teaches us all things and tells us things to come. Jesus covers our every weakness. We can pray to Jesus ourselves and He hears us. 1 John 5:15 says, "And if we know that he hears us-whatever we ask-we also know that we receive the things we have asked from him." We boldly come to the throne of God because of Jesus Christ, and we should not pray *_to_* other human beings to intercede on our behalf. You are right that we should pray *_for_* one another, as you are doing well for the nuns. But please ask the Lord Jesus Christ to confirm or deny what I have said about not praying to Mary and the saints. It is vitally important that we do not pray to Mary or the saints because God may look at this as idolatry! Please take this warning seriously. May Jesus Christ have mercy on us all.
These folks commit their lives to self reflection, to discipline, to ritualistic order, meditation and contemplation, and very devout prayer, - removing themselves entirely from the outside. I came very close to giving my life to one of these orders. I can't say I made the right choice.
May God bless them with many vocations so they can open convents throughout the USA and beyond. The NYC Archdiocese desperately needs teaching and nursing religious.❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

God bless you all. Please pray for me considerating my life to god.Amen
You can serve God by following your heart's desire. That your heart's desire probably is the seed for the path to holiness that God has prepared for you.
I’m thinking about becoming a nun if I could have a say where I go. I want it to be a good fit. I can speak some Spanish so I’d like to work with migrants and refugees or I’d like to work with homeless people trying to help them especially in all of the tent encampments. It’s such a horribly terrifying predicament. They need help. I fully sympathize. I’d want to wear the full habit ( is that what it is called?). I don’t know anything about the life. I can’t drive on interstates though do to an anxiety disorder which is quite bad. Maybe this life could help. I was brought up a devout Roman Catholic.
It is the vocation I felt in my nerves since my childhood but this silly man oh God..... I'm still crying up to now hue some decisions are irreversible. I really miss this vocation. May my children take that to quench my anger I pray. I really wanted to serve God wholeheartedly 😭😭😭😭

Dear Sisters….thank you all for your sacrifice and service. It’s beautiful! In all Christian Charity, may I offer a thought? I think that if you all embrace the TLM, the Lord will richly bless you in your interior lives and in your external apostolates.

I’m confused on their apostolate. What do they do? Retreats? Teach? Are they contemplatives? No criticism at all. I just seem to not understand their charism if someone could enlighten me.
I’ve been on many retreat there. Would Sister Superior allow me to be a paying guest for a time? I know Mobile has the Little Sisters of the Poor. Think you.

It has to do with different stages in formation. Typically postulants do not wear a veil, novices wear the white veil, and professed sisters wear the black veil.
It depends how long they have been in formation! The novices who have taken only temporary vows wear white veils. Once they take transitional or perpetual vows (depending on the order), they receive dark veils. When they take perpetual vows, they get a wedding ring!

I thought about it. It is a beautiful peace to live a life given to Jesus Christ. Words cannot express what a powerful statement for the world to see
same i just started going to church at my local church in san marcos tx
I have been wondering the same thing for a couple months now. When I was growing up I thought about it a lot.
Jesus invited all who can accept it. It is your choice to say yes, or no.
