How to measure the bore diameter of a 1275 A+ Series Engine - Classic Mini

I had to figure out the size of my cylinder bores in my 1275 classic mini engine and whether or not the bores had any tapering or out of roundness. Using a Bore Dial Gauge, this allowed me to know what pistons to use/buy and put me one step closer to taking the engine block to my machinist. I now know that my 1275 block is in good shape requiring honing only vs re-bore. I’m learning a great deal along my classic mini restoration journey - Lone Star Mini
