thanks for the tips - ocr paper 1 coming next wednesday, hopefully it goes well for everyone. I've been using your mind map videos as one of my ways of revision and they are very helpful. I don't know what to expect of the papers hopefully they aren't too harsh.

Got paper 1 in about 3 hours, just wanted to say thank you SO SO much for all of your detailed mindmaps, you helped me get through entire topics in such short spaces of time, I wouldn't have finished my revision without you. Hi, I have a question: Is Paper 3 (24th June) likely to have more Module 5 and 6 content or Year 12 (3+4 content)? I’m thinking the synoptic non advanced info questions would focus on Year 13 harder topics? How would you recommend I structure my revision to meet the demands of paper 3 which might be the most difficult paper? Thank you!
Hi sir, been watching your Mindmap videos - finished the AS videos . Now I am in the process of completing the AS papers . I’m weak in module 5 and 6 . There’s not long left now and I’m panicking as I haven’t done many ppq’s . What do you sugggest?
if you have a percentage uncertainty question where they've read eg. a scale twice would you do 2x and 2x again because the reading was repeated twice so overall 4x percentage uncertainty
No - It depends on how many measurements you take with the same equipment. For example, if you're measuring the mass of potato cylinders before and after placing them in a hypotonic solution then calculating an average change in mass e.g. 2g . The uncertainty of the balance will usually be given e.g. +/- 0.005 if its a 2dp scale. So because you take an initial and final reading (two measurements) the uncertainty is 2x greater not 4x. In my example the % uncertainty would be (0.005x2)/2g x 100 = +/- 0.5% - Hopefully this helps :)
