    6 garlic cloves
    1 bunch cilantro
1/2 cup plain yogurt ( watch my yogurt video)
    2 limes zested and juiced
    1 Tbl salt
    1 tsp chilli flakes
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup Olive Oil

Don't ever make excuses for what you prepare! During different times you need different shortcuts, etc. Whatever you share is beautiful!

Some ideas for you! If you want to you can store your oats, flours, rice and sugar in food safe 5 gallon buckets instead of your bags. To kill bugs in your flour its best to be stored them in the freezer for a month or two. After the flour has warmed back up to room temps then store it in a 5 gallon bucket. These buckets keep bugs out and stackable in a corner or in a closet for space saver and it frees up the space they were using for other food storage. ♥ I love old farmhouses! I used to live in a old farmhouse, Oh how I miss it. Farmhouses will change your life, it teaches you to seek out old ways and it teaches you to slow down and live a more simpler life. It helps the children to have adventures on the farm. It's the best way to raise children with old fashion play! LIGHTS out is memories for your kids. how fun to eat with a oil lamp!

Such great advise! Thank you! We plan to get a deep freezer soon. And then we can store more. And the 5 gallon buckets are must! I'm working on it. And I absolutely agree with you about the old houses! So special 💖

I don't do many freezer meals because of the lack of space. I don't have a pantry or basement either.

Living a dream! You’re so blessed to be able to homemake without a 9-5 job out of the home stress free, with more than enough to eat, and live with.

YES I'm extremely blessed to have a husband who is willing to work hard, sacrifice and provide for me and my children. Don't be fooled by appearances. We live on a single educators salary. We live VERY frugal. This is our choice, but it comes at great sacrifice. We don't drive new cars, we don't have nice things. I don't buy new things very often at all; mostly thrift everything! Just wanted you to know that life isn't perfect. Everything comes at a cost in life. But this is what we feel is worth the sacrifice. And life is not stress free. Thanks for your comment. I wish you the best life has to offer!
      Sincerely,
      Jenilee

Love your garden, it is doing very well, including the flowers. I really like the cheese making both the ricotta and the mozzarella. I’ve never had the nerve to try either of them. You make it look so easy, I might have to give it a try. Yours sure looked like they turned out good. Your recipes look pretty good also, probably will be trying them also. It is good to have meals in the freezer for emergencies or just a times no one feels like cooking, or not sure what to cook. I will definitely try your pizza dough and calzones. Yummy. Hope it’s not getting to hot for you with the baby.

This was a wonderful video and I marvel at your work ethic. I am concerned with your use of aluminum foil in freezing and cooking your food. Aluminum is not excreted efficiently by the body and the toxic burden builds up. It is especially disconcerting for children and pregnant women. One answer is to line the foil pans with parchment so that the aluminum does not come in contact with food. The sheets of aluminum can also be lined with parchment. I do this all the time. The acidity in some food like tomatoes can actually etch the foil. I put spaghetti sauce in a small dish and covered it with foil; left it overnight and was amazed at the flakes of foil that fell into the sauce. If you hold the foil up to the light you will see the little holes the acidity of the sauce created. (It was an eye-opening experiement for me), I felt it important to share this information with you and your viewers. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6804775/

Thank you for this information. I actually don't make very many freezer meals or meals in foil that often. Thank you for your concern for our family. I will look into it. Having a collection of glass baking dishes would be a great idea for freezer meals, for the future. Thanks! and Best wishes!
