2:19 I've always loved Bo he always my favorite Duke boy!
Courtney Benton same he always did the driving best and always felt confident
Oh my yes and he aged very well
BRING BACK THE DUKES OF HAZZARD ITS A GREAT SHOW
But uncle Jesse , boss Hogg, and Rosco have passed away
To many PC issues and you're not going to find the right people to it
I was fortunate enough to find the first season DVD set at Wal Mart a few years ago.
@@vette9305 I think he means bring the episodes back on TV but a revival with enos, cletus, and boss hog’s nephew would be interesting.
ABSOLUTELY!
I am sad when I watch when they lost the from
The farm house looks like a run-down Shack. I wonder if that house even has indoor plumbing.
Hey easy now. That house was their home and were nearly five generations of Dukes lived. And it looked like they had everything they needed.
Uncle Jesse Said They Had Indoor Plumbing One Time When Bo And Luke Blew Up The Outhouse . But That The Place Didn't Look Right Without A Outhouse So Yeah They Had A Indoor Plumbing . I mean At The Beginning When Waylon Jennings Sings Just A Good Ol Boys They Show Them Washing Dishes In A Sink
That's right. There was a time when nobody had indoor plumbing, not even royalty. We've gotten TOO spoiled on modern "luxuries" for our own good (and, consequently, have become LAZIER and more COMPLACENT about life)!
@@robertrodriguez787 That episode was "Swamp Molly".
@@robertrodriguez787Actually, Luke was the one who said "We've had indoor plumbing for 20 years" which at the time would have been 1959.
That White American Protestant Problems
Losing a farm that was inherited to me, is a pretty damn good problem to have
You make the Dukes sound like Donald Trump. The farm may have been inherited, but they had to work it in order to survive. The Dukes were poor, hard working folks who lived in a run down house. That's hardly the same as rich trust fund babies who act entitled.
The inside of the Duke farm house is so dingy. The paint has faded, the walls and doors are dirty, and the flooring is old and worn. I get that the Dukes were poor, but they could have at least spruced up their house a bit. It's pretty disgusting looking here.
I'd think for sedimental value, they don't. Plus, I'd figure if it's "not broke", don't fix it. I'd actually not mind living in the Duke home, whether it was dirty or not. A home's a home.
bfsgman damn you are right, a little dusting goes a long way
have you ever seen a house with all the furniture gone I have and it looks kinda like this tell you can clean it up
john spoke his roles from his heart and soul..there's no pretense from john
I would give ANYTHING to travel back in time to this simple life we lived back in the 80’s! Best years ever!!!!!!! Hands down!!!! Friday nights with the Dukes and The Incredible Hulk was the 💣 bomb!!
I couldn't agree more. Whenever I hear a song or see a movie from the 80's I just wish I could go back. I had many friends and my grandparents were alive and healthy back then. Hell I even miss school. I never thought I'd ever say that. I would even go through the bad times again. It'd be worth it. It's almost depressing. But yeah I'm right there with you on this. The 80's was a helluva decade of many good times. To bad we'll never see it again. I weep for the kids of the 2080's because no matter how it turns out our 80's will always be much better than theirs.
An absolutely 💯 percent agreement my man!!!
Me too....Dallas was on too...
True good old times 😞
We all would!
This makes me think of my dear uncle I lost a year ago. I was as close to him as I was my own father. He was also a farmer/rancher with 2 twin nephews (me and my brother) that had a thing for fast cars. Very loving, caring, exceptional man that there will never be another one like. He was also a Dukes of hazzard fan just like his 2 nephews.
At 0:53 I almost expected someone in the helicopter to start blasting the place with a Browning M2HB heavy machine gun, like Silva used in Skyfall to destroy Bond's childhood home.
Or like they did in Lethal Weapon
Do you know what's crazy? John/Bo is big hearted in real life!
To bad they got screwed over by Warner brothers
Southern Proud Ass whooper CSA!!! 💯
@@GetSocialButterfly Hey, let's start a petition to get the dukes of hazzard back on television
@@Jared-xf5xl i'm game.
Yes! I love John Schneider ❤😊
I love Bo Duke! 💜😍
"If the police would have sent the man in some boots, instead of a helicopter, they may have found those hazard boys."
Found out why the guys always wore the same shirts. John said it was so they could block scenes better
Very touching to see and hear the love they had for their Uncle J.
Well he did Raise Them
Uncle Jessie was a true southern that didn't have nothing against anybody he was just a down to earth southern
You know,I just realized that I have been watching this show since I was a child, and I don't remember ever seeing uncle Jesse growing anything!.. what kind of farm was this?
Robert Yates livestock chickens horses hogs etc
they planted corn
had to use the old mule whenever the tractor was broke
Moon shine
Its not like watching a farmer tend his fields is actually TV entertainment. Kinda dull. Corn is mentioned quite a few times. Not moonshine, the TV show had Jesse give up making the stuff as part of his promise that got Bo and Luke probation instead of jail. They were the first Dukes in centuries to not make moonshine. That's part of Uncle Jesse's makeup - he gave up a tradition that lasted dozens of generations to get his boys out of a jam. Of course, the crap-tastic movies stomped all over that making then current moonshiners and pretty incompetent ones. Nobody would have a still in the house.
He leased the back 40 to Willie an grew gunja !
You know things are serious when Daisy is wearing long trousers.
This is what I watch all day long
same
How can Liberals call this show racism This was always about helping thy Neighbor and fellowman a lot better then the crap that's on today like 16 and pregnant The Kardashians The View And other junk shows that are on tv
Easy target, since the General has the stars and bars on it. Plus, there was a lack of non-Caucasian regulars. Of course, they have to skip the fact that one of their friends in the pilot episode was a black man, and that Sheriff Little was a competent, if odd, lawman the next county over, but he was a rarely-recurring character. Not a hint of racism was ever mentioned, but "symbolism" can always be found to match one's pre-conceived notions, if one tries hard enough. and it doesn't even matter what the notions are, because he great thing about symbols is, they can mean whatever you decide they mean.
liberals think everyone and everything is racist when in reality THEY are the racists!
Because it doesn't fit their agenda
Well I never understood was, how is there still a mortgage on the farm??
Unless it was taxes they were paying, but for some reason I always thought I remember them saying the mortgage was due. Maybe they took out a second or even third mortgage to support it, just never understood that part
RICH DISCOVERIES Dukes weren’t rich, and it all depended on their crops for the year. No question they’d have to take out another mortgage to stay alive
Boss Hogg Owned The Mortgage On There Farm and He Didn't Really Like The Dukes . So He Probally Found Ways To Screw Them . And Keep Paying Mortgage On The Farm
IM HYPED. IM 20 YEARA OLD, FELL IN LOVE WITH THE SHOW AT 14 AND THEY BROUGHT IT TO UA-cam IM SO HAPPY😭😭😭
Yes bring back the dukes

this is the plot to the movie

The Dukes of Hatchapee ...don't sound right
Bo was about to cry, I know it.
yea sure looks like it..
Team Bo or team Duke?
AMEN. BRING BACK THE DUKES
The original Midnight Rockers.
Did the show ever address what the situation was with their dad(s)?
in one episode when they are being chased by Enos its said that Enos' dad ran moonshine with Bo and Luke's dads, so theres a possibility they died that's why they aren't shown, or you know they left
They had a Episode where Luke Has a Brother and from what he said The Hospital caught on Fire . And everyone in there Died including Luke's Parents . But His Brother was Saved By A Nurse who took him and Raised him as Her Own . So that's what happened to Luke Parents . Never said What Happened To Bo or Daisy Parents .
@@robertrodriguez787 Thanks dude!
