Hello Mr. Biffa, have you ever thought about putting Fire department HQ, a Hospital HQ, a Police HQ, a deathcare, an Eldercare and a childcare building on Earl Grey Island? I am just saying... if somebody has an emergency, it's a pretty long way to get to the island. I really like your series and the "Fix Your City" series as well! Bravo... just keep 'em coming! And maybe you can also put a public swimming pool in between!? Best regards from Germany

Can I just say thank you for verbalising the commands as you use them. Control and click, setting up the traffic lanes etc. Usually I get annoyed when I watch UA-camrs playing games like this because it looks like they've prayed to some arcane god to work the game how they do. Following your videos actually gives you an idea how to actually play the game better.

Hey Biffa!! With the timed traffic lights, you can actually do a multiple node timed traffic light, I have several in my city. You will need to set up the timed traffic lights manually, but they're really easy to set up! You should be able to just select both nodes, and then set all the states (by clicking on the traffic lights on the intersection) so that the traffic flows how you desire :)

I swear that it looks to me like all, and I mean ALL, the fencing you have used in this episode is at least the height of the citizens. It looks more like the fencing you see around constructions sites than the quaint, picturesque type you are wanting to use. Everything you've built might well be invisible to the residents.

Did he seriously say "it's all gone Pete Tong" 😂😂😂😂.
Needs the police to sort out that type of driving.

My problem with getting really into the details is that it's fun at first but after a while you feel obliged to make every new section super detailed. Makes everything take much longer and can clog up your big expansion and ideas

A water feature/mini stream in the new park area would look really nice 😊

Great video as always, Biffa. I think in the end when you set up walking paths in the Earl Grey park, it deleted one of your planters. Also, that park could use a few benches, trash cans, and maybe some food carts or a playground or something. It's a bit barren.

The golf course and/or EG isle could be connected via helicopters for the wealthy elite.
Also the final traffic junction seemed like a brilliant time for a diverging diamond.

    Love the detailing.
It's something I try and do for my Cities as I build them but usually it falls to wayside as I then get distracted by expanding further and have to fix traffic issue etc...
I downloaded the map you've used for Teaville and am having heaps of fun creating my own version of Teaville.
It's definitely not a copy of Teaville by any means but it draws a lot of inspiration from your videos.
Looking forward to your next episode.
P.S . Your traffic fixes work miracles, I try use all your tips and have managed to get an average traffic flow of 80%!

Loving the new area! Would put some benches or something for the public in that park around 17:10

The detailing effort you put in really helps your city pop off the screen. When Earl Grey Island grows large enough to need it, would you consider putting in a street trolley? At least around the big island.

Would love some dedicated cycling paths in the city, kinda like Dutch cities. I definetly think residents would like that.

4:18 If you make the 2nd pylons, from the bottom of the golf course cable cars, higher then the line wont be as steep and have to cut through the mountain at the top so much, like a real cable car.

You can use the pedestrian crossing mod to add crossing paths on straight roads, so that people walking will not walk too far just to cross the street.

Detailing really is worth it. The way you detail is so good and it makes the look of your city better. I love what you have done with your city.

You might consider making that square concrete/planter park on the island an actual park with one or two of the smaller city park assets (cafe or info booth, for example): that would help drive foot traffic there.

Detailing cities takes so much time. But when you're done, the effect is great and i catch myself watching cities live.

Then again my computer can't handle the game if I put in too many decorations so maybe that's a factor lol

You should use a small part for tourism hotels since it's on the island. Gives tourists a place to stay.

25:00 reconsider the road setup here. The main two-way road has correct line maths, but to go straight through both junctions, the cars need to switch sides of the road, as the line that goes straight through the junction is on the left, then on the right (if I'm traveling from right to left of the screen). If a car wants to go straight, it needs to change lines which slows everything down. In other words, you can see how the "straight-through" lines are first on the inside on the road, then on the outside. Maybe change it to 3-lines road so the middle road always goes straight.

On low density eco I've found that 2x4 spaces will not fill automatically, but if placed using find it, they work and grow, so you might need to place the level 1building yourself and then they should grow.

Biffa - I love the golf courses. Sorry if my comment came of sounding negative. I was just pointing out that it's not easy to layout a golf course because they are pretty complicated and compact. I especially love the mountain top portion. I would have never came up with that.
