Make sure check your electric bill next month. Some areas in BGC charges high electricity. Btw, your condo is so beautifully decorated and big. I'm so proud of you guys will be able to raise your kids the Filipino ways. Just don't spoil them too much. I'm Filipina from Cal. Currently, traveling in Vietnam, Bangkok and be back in Phil at the end of March till June before go back to Cal. Good luck to your new life journey! God Bless and Stay safe.

Would you do a vlog in the future on how you obtain the condo? What process did you go through and maybe average price in that building? This unit has a cozy and modern feel and has an elegant design. First condo I saw that will fit my style. Good combo of layout, effective use of space, great decor and furniture, and looks like a home--not a barracks!

I love this condo it looks very spacious considering its not that big really but the interior designer is like a magician that can transform impossible to possible. I love the concept and color combination of the entire unit from the cozy kitchen to the bedrooms. That's the advantage of hiring an interior designer. Lovely family with a perfect home.👏👏😀😀👍👍
