- Hello my Wolf Pack! This is Mystic with Mystic Shepherd Gaming and in this video of FFXIV, I help you set up your controller for a cross hotbars or aka hotbar set up. It can be really overwhelming and or confusing learning how to set things up in the game. Cross hotbars, hotbar, UI and so many other things. So, as requested, I'm showing you how to see and use your cross hotbars 1 and 2. I explain a bit and show a few other things but this mainly is a cross hotbar set up video as well as a few ideas on how to set up your spells etc on it. I hope this video helps and have a great day!

I play on pc with a controller, so the layout is the same. I just hit 90 and I generally only like to use 2 hotbars, but it's getting to the point where I need a third. I usually just tap rb once to switch to my backbar, then rb again to switch back. Is there anyway to enable a crosshot bar without enabling a third bar, that way I don't need to flip through 3 different bars to access all my skills?
Hold down R1 then if you look it will say press triangle, x, square etc to switch.

Hi, I was able to get the hot bars added above but I’m not sure how to add abilities/ emotes to it?
On playstation go to emotes press the square button on the one you want to add then choose add to hotbar. On PC you would right click and do the same.

I was able to add my hotbar 2 but it’s swapped my original hotbar abilities from left to right so my main hotbar is mixed up. How do I fix that?
Go back in and click the default settings button. 🤗👍 Then you can try again if you want to.
