What I want to know is...do you have to wear a respirator while doing this? Are there any dangers to health? I’ve been wanting to try this, but I’m afraid of the potential mess and health hazards.

Truly beautiful, and I love the music you chose too. Can you please tell me what it is?
Thank you so much Laly ! I pay a monthly subscription for the rights to use the music in the videos. I went back and looked up the first 2 songs for you they are called Lens Flair One and Three.
Absolutely Beautiful!! You are a true artist!! Did you use water and paint at the bottom to get this kinda bubble effet texture? I wanna be a great artist like you! You are an inspiration to me. Merci !!!
Am I seeing Courbet Green and Cadmium Green Pale (at 2:25 ) pigment sticks used here? Just starting to build a collection, so color is critical to me --- thank you
Hi. Its beautiful. What are thise sticks of colour you use. Tganks maria

HI Jillian and thank you! There was just a touch of water soluble graphite at the very beginning ;)
thanks for sharing all of the progress of your beautiful art
What was the very first paint that you used? It looks like it resisted the wax and made a great texture.
Never mind. I see it. I must have missed that part when I took a drink of coffee. LOL!
How durable is this type of painting? Do you need to apply some sort of finish to it?
How do you finish your sides. Great job by the way!
Thank you Rita ! I paint the sides black or stain them when I am done .
The store link in your info above is broken, Shari.
Thanks Helen ! Hopefully it is fixed now :)
what is the base material ?
Hi Elaine , the base medium is encaustic wax which is a combination of purified beeswax and Damar resin :)
Thank you for sharing, it s beautiful. Can you do this with parafine in stad of beeswax?
What is the difference in use? And can you use a heath tool in sread of the fire tool?
