i have been putting time into my Cushuki project,tomorrow i will finish the steering up hopefully. i ran the brake lines today and bled the caliper out,now to see how it works. might actually move under its own power Saturday,even though i still have lots to do

Harvey your my go to guy ( UA-cam videos) for stuff like this. New to the gy6 stuff. I have same kart but Baja. New carb, cdi all that jazz. Carb doesn't seem to be getting gas. It will spit with spray but won't actually run. Any ideas where to go nest would be great.

Kiehins are ok to work on,as long as the diaphrams in the top are'nt punctured.The extra wire on the coil could be for an electronic rev counter.

I just got a 150cc SunL . It sat for 6-7yrs outside. I put a new carb on this one. $30ish amazon. Fired up, but still learnig. smoked bad, but getting better every time I run it. Any idea where the valve cover vent hose goes to?? The vent hose on this is about 18" long and it was pluged. clearing help the smoking but not sure where it should go?? Ideas?

I dont think that the slide will go up when you open the throttle to fully open. The throttle opens the butterfly only. On the top of the carb will be a diaphragm and spring this controls the slide and therefore air/fuel mix. i think......:-)

For the 3 wires on the passenger rear tire ... They are green black and yellow..... But for the wires that connect to it are blue with A red line, Green with a red line, And a maroon solid....... Does anybody know what colors go with what

Get out the copper tubing and the propane torch and make u one of them Harvey Spooner intakes...Edelbrock aint got nothing on Spooner.

Hey Rodney, This carb did get rebuilt, the flow valve leaked by, dripped gas on the exhaust and the whole cart almost got torched.... I ended up putting a new carb on it.... Thanks for Ur thoughts, encouragement, watching, and commenting!!!

Hello Harvey,I think your camera needs a proper lens cleaning.
