@@morbidnumbskull Ultimately, I wonder if Laudna will have to make an important choice. She might end up choosing the latter, in spite of what her friends want. Damn right. Woman was on the Cerberus assembly at one point, then was run out only to wind up basically as the right hand to the newest god in the pantheon.
Fearne whispering 'Do you not want it' was *terrifying* last episode. I don't know if Fearne actually knows what's up with the stones other than Laudna and Imogen having one already. So this actively happening would be super malicious if she still understood the harm they do and gave them to the girls anyway.
I kinda got the vibe that Fearne is lookin at Imogen and Laudna like they're guinea pigs. She did some things to satiate her "I wonder what would happen" tendencies.
Fearne knows. She is a prankster, but her pranks are going to get someone killed. FCG words were right. I enjoy Ashley's performance because it is truly chaotic leaning on the evil side.
@@morbidnumbskull Fearne doesn’t know what the stone did to Imogen, she thought that Imogen just wanted a new rock. And so she did that, and gave Laudna one as well. Another god tier storyboard format with animation, this is getting better and better every video. Love the shadow depiction of Delilah has Laudna's shadow. BTW music and sound queue are insane.
When Laudna threatened Delilah that she may not have that lifeline through her for ever, I *really* hope Laudna isn't planning on any heroic self-sacrifice plays if she gets too strong...
Well I got Beau flashbacks, when she was ready to give up her time with the party for lifting Veth's curse. I just hope Laudna doesn't do anything like that.
holy fucking shit. not only the animation but the music choice and how you edited matts voice to sounds like THAT fucking horror. i literally got shivers
Delilah: "Not everyone's looking out for your well being like I am" (because she wants to ressurect via Laudna?) FCG: *the only thing they fear is you* intensifies Delilah, amazed at the the delightful lineup of these events: "told you so"
You really captured this scene very well. I love Warlock plots, or Warlock-like plots like we got with Percy, and Marisha does it very well with Laudna and Delilah.
Okay, that was creepy as hell already with the shadow and the voice and the flashbacks but then to have D mock Laudna's death by pretending to hang from a tree? _So_ the worst.
the changing of matts voice was a great touch! but the visuals! Just perfection how you put her in the tree to mimic Laudnas's death and then as a dark alternate shadow realm version of her! Loved it all!
animation was absolutely phenomenal, very unsettling - except i also definitely laughed at the shot of laudna running out of the cave because of the look on her face, so thank you for that, broke the tension just enough for me to properly enjoy the rest of the scene, haha
I love how you add music and sound effects to your animatics and animations. Really brings the scenes to life! Especially like the voice alterations for certain characters.
Holy cow! How do I describe this? The angles, the imagery, and the music chosen for this... *chef's kiss* Beautiful! Really expressed the tension of that scene between Laudna and Delilah! (I'm telling you, Laudna's a vessel for Delilah's return!)
I am ashamedly nowhere near even five episodes before this one. But Launda's story with Delilah as her Patron is worth every spoiler, can't ignore that!
Well done! I almost thought i was watching either the Twilight zone (and my head explode) or find out that undead Tallesin was pulling the strings. Excellent video!!
There is something deeply, viscerally horrifying about Laudna's position. Thanks for that gut-punch of the Delilah-shadow hanging from the tree by the way. Like, Orym was right about her being the happiest of the group, but her whole situation could take a very, very bad turn uncomfortably easily. And like others said, hot damn on that sound work. Cleverly and nicely done.
For half a moment there I thought Fearne was Keyleth, with her hand on Laudna's shoulders, and I was completely taken aback. Oh, how I would love to see a conversation between the Voice of the Tempest and our Living Dead Girl.
THIS IS SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely LOVED the moment where the Delilah-Laudna shadow was hanged from the tree outside. What incredible attention to detail. And just the way Delilah moved, how you got her voice to sound so soft and ominous...Laudna's sharp teeth...that moment where Delilah WAS Laudna and cupped Laudna's face in her hand...oogh. Absolutely delicious, I eat it up, thank you
