What. What makes her special is because of her bullet which is made in her hair. If you would change it into quirk erasing bullet, then its just a normal bullet and a normal rifle. They wont bend and act different like hair bullet
they would have to be reshaped to fit into her sniper I think, her bullets have a unique shape, and she wouldn't be used to the weight of the different bullet so it wouldn't be as accurate

The German K98s were head and shoulders above the Mosin in terms of quality and engineering and the Mauser action is the basis for most modern bolt guns today.
