“Must have been the wind” is the default NPC response when they come off alert status in Skyrim. They will say this even if you’ve planted an arrow in them, their buddies, or anything in their area. Natural this creates hilarity when NPCs watch their buddy get shot in the head with an arrow, start looking around, and then “It must have been the wind” when they don’t find you.
When the guards stop looking for you while you are sneaking around, they will say "It must have been the wind"... even though what you did to alert them was hit them with an arrow to the chin and it didn't kill them.
The yellow guards are from city of Whiterun and the blue guards - "Stormcloaks" - are from city of Windhelm that started the civil war (they want Skyrim to leave the Empire). In the game, the Whiterun guards are neutral until you decide which side of the conflict they join. There's 9 cities, each has its own guards of different color. When Stormcloaks win somewhere, the guards become blue. (Whiterun in this game clearly decided to stay in the Empire, so the Stormcloaks attacked it.) So yes, the cut hands were friendly fire, but cut head was made by the enemy. The two guys in the end are general Tullius (leader of the Imperial army) and Ulfric Stormcloak (leader of the Stormcloaks who started the civil war by killing the High King). And the violet break-dancing guy with cheese is god of madness, Sheogorath. He's the most popular god from that universe. Also, the guy who sells Skyrim during the concert is Todd Howard, creator of Skyrim.
