Because some dumb mom from outside called the cops on him for being inside, "suspiciously long". possible but theres also area checks. I was an officer and we had to do a bunch of area checks often and it would show on our gps log. The prius person might of gotten spooked and left.. Just saying its a possibility. The reason for him talking to you is what you would call a citizen interaction. If we see some one out we were required to make small talk and list it per reaction. LIke .. Made contact with white male at 123 East Road at approximately 1700 hours. Contact was positive. Our supervisors would go over these. It helped with community policing and solving incidents. Many times a patrol car makes other cars flee like roaches when you turn on the lights in a dark room. Just a thought..

It is a joint venture and the engines are produced in Plymouth, Michigan. At some point GM also owned 49% of Isuzu, don't know what the current situation is.

I have a modest 2002 Dakota which is capable of out performing a Dodge Ram in every category. The previous owner put it through its' paces, maintained it very well. But in the northeast like many other vehicles, it rusted to shit, and I am restoring it gradually over time. I will make a few cosmetic modification to it, but the eventual engine swap will be the big game changer with that truck.
Eventually I may get a Tesla because I tend to drive long distances frequently. But it will never be an adequate replacement for my truck. But rather serve as nothing but a high-tech fuel efficient lay-z-boy chair to zip around without the cost of gas.

The trouble with Tint is trying to see where you are going at night. Unless you have some good backup lights you'll quickly hate the tint when you have to try and backup LOL. Tint helps keep a vehicle interior a bit cooler in summer, but the downfall is you lose night visibility.

I encourage research on nickel mining (for the batteries) as well as how many trips the components make before reaching Japan. Good guess the nickel comes from Canada, then moves to Eurasia for a couple process, then finally japan and back to the us for assembly into Prius. No one can see in especially at night so what a surprise the little cut got when he came up and smashed out my small triangle window to try and open my passenger door.....when I was sitting in the car. Not as surprised as he was though when I kicked in the supercharger and ran him and his bike over as he tried to get away. True story and still have all the pictures including the ones of his bike that I stole after I backed up off him and then laid him the boots. Bike was pretty fucked up but still got $60 for it. 👍

Andrew Mitchell Jeeps are overrated. Pit a Jeep against a land rover and the land rover will win every time. Then get a purpose build short base diesel truck and it will win almost everytime. The only exception is when there are large breakover angles, then the incredibly short wheelbase of a jeep or land rover will win. Of course with a truck you could just put some skid plates on and floor it. What could go wrong.

I got my tint job done by a cop. He runs his own tinting business. 20% on my side windows, 5% on my brow. 35% is technically legal in my state, but I see 20 and 5% on a shit ton load of vehicles around the area.

20% tint in my dads car. We live in a third world country where phones get snagged from dashboards by beggars when you're waiting for the red light to turn green. really dark at night, but better safe than sorry.
