  • In the midst of the pandemic, Rener and Eve decided to conduct a free online seminar that would introduce the world to the 6 most important techniques that every beginner should know, and to teach them in such a way that students could learn them solo without a training partner! In addition to being live, what made this event so unique is that it was conducted via two-way video conference so they could see all the students and provide feedback in real time. The event was a huge success!
We share this recording of the seminar so you can enjoy the same awesome introduction to jiu-jitsu that was experienced by thousands around the world during the live event.
If you love the idea of learning from home via live lessons with the Gracies, you’ll want to check out our Zoom program at www.GracieUniversity.com/Zoom - we offer everyone a 7-day free trial so make sure you enroll before it’s too late!
The 6 techniques we shared were pulled directly from our #1 selling Gracie Combatives program. If you want to purchase the complete course (discounted for a limited time), click here: www.gracieuniversity.com/Page...
If you’re lucky enough to live near a Certified Training Center, click here: www.GracieSchools.com

But my first roll, they put me up against a bigger guy(6'3" 190lbs to my 5'10" 145lbs) with 6 months more experience than me. Long story short, I locked him up and made him submit. Is it possible to still submit my combatives test online even though I also train at a CTC or do I need to let me instructor tell me when I'm able to test for my comabtives belt and get the ok from them first? I never really understood how that works.

You guys are so awesome. I've been watching your vids for years, i think you were very young indeed in that first Gracie video series, i have it backed up in deep storage, have not seen it for years but it was excellent, picked up some very effective techniques, thank you. Note, once used Ikkyo from Aikido while on my back mounted. It worked and the guy was about 25 lbs heavier than me if not more. Got him locked up in about 4 seconds after that. He beat me up for the rest of the class however, that was a one shot deal; he was totally not expecting it.
