    Register at: goo.gl/TM3tvT
    When you get there, please read the terms and conditions, ok? If you have any questions, please let me know and I will try to offer as much guidance as I can. After registering, remember to come back here and report because I am behind you all the way! Good luck!
    If you want to look young today and tomorrow, like magic, the tips discussed in this video are not for you. I have been doing these for years, some since when I was a toddler. You can use this to decide what you give your children and what you remove from their diet. My Mum did some of these for me. ;) And by the time they are adults, it will become a lifestyle. If you have any questions that you think I should answer in Part 2 of this video, please let me know so I can ensure that I do so when making the video.

      Here is the short you tube video clip of Dr Oz on the benefits of Organic red palm oil. Enjoy.
      The labeled nutritional value of sugars and carbohydrates for food items are different because they are analyzed differently. Sugars are either mono or disaccharides . Carbohydrates on the other side are polysaccharides.

    You are so right about Sugar. I am also slowly approaching 50 and sugar, excessive salt, soda "fizzy" drinks are things I don't like. I also don't eat too much red meat.. eating in moderation is important

    Aunty Flo, thank you for your tips :). I think your mindset and mentality is another huge factor, you don't dress and behave or carry yourself like a 50-year-old. You are young and energetic in your mind and that makes a huge difference. My grandmother is that like that, she is in her 80s and has over 5 great-grandkids but believes and acts like she is in her 50s and you can't tell her otherwise. She eats everything including sugar but is very active and energetic- mindset is very important.

    Thank you Flo, we are really what we eat, i got Ronke's Loose in Nigerian and i have learnt alot especially portion control. I dont put salt when cooking my food but i take out my portion and add salt to my husbands own then continue cooking. I sometimes forget to add salt in his and he adds raw salt to his food which am worried about. Lovely video as always. Thanks for the Info

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  6 років тому +1

      Juliet T Ronke is indeed doing wonders with her work. Yes, having different meal plans for different members of the family is very challenging. Let's be consoled by the fact that the number of times you forget to add salt to his food while cooking are hopefully few and far between. 😊 What can we do? Well done and keep up your diet. ❤

    I used to add sugar to cornflakes when I was younger but I no longer do that. I also don't add sugar to my tea but that's because I've been around several Chinese people who don't put sugar in their tea so I just got used to it. You look great! Well done :)

    Tnx sr. Flo.
    If carbohydrate is sugar n it's causes quick aging, do we then avoid eating carbohydrates?? Tnx!

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  5 років тому

      AdaBiafra it's not as straight forward as that.
      Carbohydrate is made up of sugar, starch and fiber.
      While sugar is just that, raw sugar.
      In a carbohydrate food like rice (long grain parboiled), you have 28g of carbs per 100g of rice.
      Inside the carbs, you have 0.1g sugar and 0.5g fiber, the rest is starch. So by eating 100 grams of rice, you have eaten 0.1g sugar all things being equal. But if you add 1 tablespoon of white sugar to your hot chocolate, you have eaten 12.5g of sugar in one drink, you see the difference? It's very easy to consume raw sugar in large quantities when you add it to your meals or pastries but when you eat natural foods, you are eating much less sugar.
      You can look up this breakdown of sugars, starches and fiber for any staple food by simply typing that food followed by nutrition information eg "potato nutrition information", "black eyed beans nutrition information" etc in the Google search bar, click search or press enter and the nutrition table will come up. This will help you pick staple foods that are very low in sugar. Then apply moderation to everything you eat. And stop adding sugar to snacks and drinks unnecessarily.

    Wow thank you aunty Flo, I so much appreciate. My problem is fizzy drink chaiii is killing me slowly oooooo. Please Aunty Flo, can i apply carrot oil on a newborn baby's skin.

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  6 років тому

      You are welcome Vivian. I am not sure if using carrot oil on a newborn baby has any side effects. But I wouldn't apply carrots on my baby's skin because it is recommended to start giving carrots (puree) to babies from 6 months. So if I cannot put it in their body before 6 months, I will not put it on their body before 6 months either. LOL that's just the way my brain processed the decision. ;)
      Also please read up on olive oil, I think I read something about how it affects baby skin.

    You look amazing! That is why your opinion means a lot for me in this area. What about fruits and honey? Do you think that fructose from fruits and carbohydrates from honey cause the same damages in our bodies like white sugar and white flour?

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  6 років тому

      Grzegorz thank you. For me, in terms of damage to the body, processed food hands down causes more damage than natural ingredients, but my motto is always: everything in moderation even when eating natural food. I sometimes choose processed food over natural food for instance, I do not like the taste of honey so I go with sugar when I need to sweeten something but I use just the amount necessary. An expert dietitian would be able to give you a more informative and detailed answer to your question.

    God bless you sister for all the information.
    Sister pls do you know any recipe that can reverse grey hair to black hair?

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  6 років тому

      lester beauti the only thing I know that can cover grey hair is dyeing the hair. Once grey hair appears, there's no going back. You can delay the appearance of grey hair by living as much stress-free life as possible. This is not so for those who genetically develop grey hair prematurely as some have grey hair as early as from childhood.
