Me and my girlfriend broke up today. Whenever we were apart she seemed a lot snappier and angry on the phone over small things and i would be silly enough to argue back. Its so strange because it was perfect when we were together. She told me she had a lot of past trauma from relationships and hadnt been single before and thinks she needs to find herself. I took this to mean she was doubting the relationship which she later admitted to. We argued and today i woke up knowing it was definitely over. I tried to talk to her about things today and get a train to see her because things are good in person but she told me to go home. I informed her that im going to block her on platfroms to help myself moving on going forward so thank you for this video, i think the decision to accept the decision and walk away is a lot easier this way
I blocked my ex gf who was bread crumbing me for 4 mos and when I found out she was dating, I sent a closure message. i just want to move on and we shouldn't talk anymore. (she texts me daily for 4 mos) then I blocked her because this is part of her pattern that she always comes back and I also don't trust myself enough.
A few days after, she blocked me back.
I am now trying to heal and move on for good.
When they and their skanks are harrassing you and she is trying to be you and ex is purposely trying to hurt you with pics...YUP block em...cause ppl like them all love the drama and taking your energy and when you don't give it they have to find another hobbie and realize they have nothing to talk about. I actually called him and told him that I'm blocking him not out of anger or petty but I'm just going through the normal process of grief while he's flaunting his new relationship a week later so I'm choosing peace for myself, and explained that if there's anything serious he needs to talk to me about he can call on mobile but other than that he's not welcome in my socials or communication with me. I don't regret it and I don't care what he thinks about it, as long as I'm not hurting anymore.

I blocked him on WhatsApp and He totally went insane. How respectless iam to Block him and so on... I never replied... Really i didnt understand why He went crazy after it was him telling me I prefer a clean cut after i broke up with him (bc He pulled away and got cold)
We were very amicable and then she suddenly unfollowed me. I was still kind “for her process” but the way she did it was mean. My ex has been toxic for years and now I’m furious by her disrespect so I blocked her on social media! I don’t want a private Page & she has no right to look at mine some day … so gone …. What if you both don't have social media, just WhatsApp?? Over 30 days NC, we both haven't reached out.... Im stubborn and so is he, he has a big ego. I don't see him reaching out because he said some manipulative and emotionally abusive things which I why I walked away initially otherwise he would never have respected me if I didn't respect myself. Then we spoke about it straight away then he ended it with me 😑. What is your perspective on this?

Very helpful but what if, you were ex with friends and they got annoyed you didn’t respond to one of their confrontational texts, so they then block you, you then block back and after 3 weeks they unblock you. Should you unblock to but go into no contact or just leave things how they are? Also my ex is in a relationship (for a year now) so I don’t get why they still react like that. Thank u xx
