but it is harder to bulk then cut for me if im not relying on junk food or supplements ps i track daily! when i was doing it. my hunger just didn't allow it. id have 1000 cals a day in a bulk from supplements alone plus food n drink on top n my hunger was like bye and sickness was like hello
Try different foods and sorts. And I didn’t mean you can’t snack or eat “junk food” I just said it’s easier. (It’s also not that I never snack or eat sugary food) So if for you bulking with more snacks works better. Just keep it like that!
