Dude, you have abs already. You aren't shredded and you are bulking, so they will be less visible for a while until you change your diet and cut. But you also have a solid beard and some chest hair, major male secondary sex characteristics, so you don't need to feel like you aren't impressing the girls at the beach. Stick with the exercise program; it's working.

No not at all, keep hydrated and with 24h rest in between your muscles have enough recovery time. The first 2/3 days a bit from the new exercises but that’s it

I only do two exercises for abs per week - incline sit ups with a weight behind my head, and modified candlestick - and my core is completely on fire on the second and third day after I work them out. I found the second exercise here: ua-cam.com/video/9V7h1RCsI6E/v-deo.html and it's absolutely amazing. Especially if you need a strong core for other exercises like deadlifts or squats.

Like, for example I've been on keto+OMAD for 4 years now & researched this topic extensively and I can straight up tell the dude doesn't have proper knowledge and is crash dieting on camera for everyone to see and get influenced and you're basically telling me to shut up and follow his approach. Eating almost no carbs does not mean you cannot replenish the carb fuel by (animal) fat fuel. Eat till satiety and do not forget the electrolytes to avoid the keto flu. I’m three years fat adapted and eat animal foods and low carb vegetables and fruit (berrys , melon etc.) and some low carb crackers. I miss nothing and never eat salads. You should ease into this not cut all carbs at once, the bacteria in your gut have to adapt. Fat adaption produces ketones and is very clean fuel for your body. You dont need carbs, the liver can make all the carbs the body needs and that is not a lot. Also learn about food, do not eat always steak, eggs, bacon mince meat and salmon! That is very boring.

This is not zero carbs. A little misleading. Also, with little or no carbs, you need to eat higher fat content, eat until satiated, and make sure you’re getting enough salt as well.

You're eating way too many carbs dude! It will take a few weeks to adapt to a low carb/keto/carnivore regime but you will probably feel good if you have the mental fortitude to push through it, which most people lack. I think a bit problem is confusing nutrition with calories and macros. Eg 2000 calories of steak, has a far superior nutrient content to 2000 calories of salad or doughnut. You can adjust poor quality food to hit macros as well. Fat will become your energy source so ensure you eat enough of it, much more than you consumed. Initially you will need to eat more salt and electrolytes as well. Always do cardio after resistance training. Good initial attempt.

Eating animal foods for do not make you fat unless you eat in extreme excess. This was the biggest mind fk I realised doing keto. Its high carbs and getting thise insulin spikes that makes you gain weight.
Dont restict calories just get them from protein and fat. You dont need to starve yourself to do this. If you are hungry between meals your not eating enough protein and fats. Your vegtables are for micronutrients/minerals not calories.
Take out the dairy unless it's cheese and takeout the fruit. Eating these will keep kicking you out of ketosis. It's hard on you going in and out that's the rough part of the diet. 2 days to get into ketosis and you will start to feel better, after a 4 or 5 weeks you will be flying. You will sleep better, not feel hunger like you used to and be dropping weight without even trying. The sugar spike kicks you out and it takes another 48 hours to get back to into ketosis which is the process of using fat especially stored fat for fuel. You won't need to kill yourself with exercise just keep it lite to moderate exercise. Doing it this way is sustainable and you will feel great.

but it is harder to bulk then cut for me if im not relying on junk food or supplements ps i track daily! when i was doing it. my hunger just didn't allow it. id have 1000 cals a day in a bulk from supplements alone plus food n drink on top n my hunger was like bye and sickness was like hello
Try different foods and sorts. And I didn’t mean you can’t snack or eat “junk food” I just said it’s easier. (It’s also not that I never snack or eat sugary food) So if for you bulking with more snacks works better. Just keep it like that!

Zero carbs? Literally everything but the meat, eggs etc are carbs. Fruit, veggies and dairy have carbs. You should retitle this video. Your actually eating Keto.
I did say in the first minute, I'll be maximizing my carb intake to 50g a day. Which is almost nothing, even with just some veggies and fruits as carbs.
