I is hard to believe how much Manufactured homes have gone up in price. The first one I brought second hand was $500.00, a few years later i got a two bedroom new Manufactured home for $7,000.00. I still have it as well. Then twenty years ago My mother brought a Manufactured double wide for around $40,000.00. (3 bedroom each with walk in closets and 2 bathrooms.) Lately I had been thinking about buying a new Manufactured Double wide myself, but these prices are to far out of my budget. As far as the Manufactured home goes - I would want the kitchen sink and dish washer by the wall so I can see out the window. I would not want the big island either. I don't need 2 sinks in the master bathroom, I do like the shower. I do like the air vents in the ceiling. I think that is a plus. It keeps things from dropping in the vents and also you are able to move furniture around with worrying about blocking air vents. You did not show the washer and dryer area but I would like a door to get to the AC to change filters and a door for the water heater as well. It is a pain to have to take a panel off the wall to get to them. One other thing I would have like to have seen would be a food pantry. So bottom line, this Manufactured home is not for me.
I live in a modular or manufactured home & didn’t pay a fraction of what this one cost, when I had it custom built brand new years ago. Wow. I don’t think I would pay that price now either. I do love the idea of back & front porches though.
I'm a bit late commenting but I think it's nice! Yes it's a bit pricey but everything is sky high now (traditional 3 bedroom houses are running no less than than upper $400k now in south GA) so it's still the more affordable option. Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely right! Most 200k homes in Tallahassee would have to be renovated. Any price less than that would take a ton of work in undesirable areas. Thanks for watching.
They are available. I am assuming they don't make it standard because this is suppose to be the most affordable housing option. I recently saw some with covered porches with fireplaces as well.
I would recommend checking with a manufactured home dealer in whatever area you are looking in. There are used ones out there but not that I would recommend.
If I already owned the land, I would purchase a manufactured home, but only if I could customize and have a basement.
There are definitely manufacturers who customize. I would never buy if I didn't own land because these parks are ruthless with their lot rents.
I love 💕 these new Manufactured homes. Beautiful 🤩 I’m considering this for my new land.
Kathy B!! Deer Valley makes very nice homes! At this point they are my top 2😍
WOW!!! That’s another impressive manufactured home🥰. Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks for watching!😍😊

Why don't manufactured homes have attached garages?

New scriber 😊. ✌🏼❤️🍷
Thank you so much❤
Can you tell me if it’s any used manufactured home in Florida I can look it to
