- Wakesurfing tests were conducted by a third party - guinnpartners.com/boat-testing/ to demonstrate the wave length, height & pocket size. This video compares Axis 2019 T23 to the Moomba 2019 Mojo to determine who has the better wakesurfing wave.
Not a very good comparison how does the viewers know that both boats were waited equally. Seems you're really promoting the axis by keeping the camera always closer to it then when you show wake face you show the moomba on the port side which we all know doesn't have as clean of a wave as the starboard side which you showed the axis. I have a mojo with the same color but a 2017 I will be glad to meet anywhere in the USA do a head to head comparison that isn't completely biased
I had a 2015 MOJO. The manual surf-tabs are useless. I made several versions of the Ghetto-Gate, and finally got a pretty strong
Goofy-side wave. However, I had to run 1100’s in the back and 400’s under the seats, a 650 in the nose, and I think another 400 on top of the playpen.
I had a 16 Natique G21 for a few days. The wave was better, but not great in rough water.
The dealer took it back and sold me a 2017 G23. Much, much better wave and more consistent.
I ran 900# of lead opposite the driver seat, and factory ballast tanks.
The best beginner wave I ever surfed was a Malibu 25 LSV with added ballast. It didn’t have a trough
near the boat like my 3 boats did.

I've never been on the water with either but the Moomba interior did feel higher end to me at the boat show I recently attended.
We had a A23 right next to a Makai. It wasn't even close. The Makai was clearly nicer inside. Especially the captains chair.

Who ever made this video is dumb. The camera is always next to the axis making the Moomba look smaller because it’s farther away. Malibu and axis just don’t want to face that skiers choice is better than them

To be fair, axis definitely does make a better wake than moomba. You have to load moombas with weight to get a good wake
Scott just an FYI plug and play ballast in Malibu’s and Axis. Aren’t standard and is additional ballast.
