I'll reply here too (just in case anyone else reads this): So long as the build is made (one way or another) from the textures in my 'print & paste' range then it's a valid submission (well maybe not a sci-fi terminal in a fantasy tavern - but that should go without saying :) ).

Hello Kris, excited to see what the community comes up with. Searched medieval village, their is a lot of different types of village buildings, more than I realized. Is this going to fit in with that community made dungeon map, just curious. Thanks Kris & have a great day.
@@CrookedStaffTerrain: A watch tower would be appropriate. If fact, I made a dice tower that would be appropriate already. I have no idea were it went since I bought a 3d print one. I might recreate it for this challenge....
@@CrookedStaffTerrain A castle would be cool, but probably too big. Maybe a small keep or fort would fit. Do you have castle wall printables? I imagine you could just use the original dungeon tiles for the floors.
It kinda fizzled out (I think it was too optimistic/unrealistic an idea - having it open-ended probably didn't help either). The next time I do a challenge, it will be more like the first one - where I share a few new textures and give folks a month to get their submissions in.

Well there's no deadline as such ...it just depends on how fast the map builds up with submissions :)

Upstream, downstream ...all of that stuff is up for debate (or can be ignored completely). We can go into a much/little detail as folks like :)

@@arikwolf3777 I too thought of incorporating the name crooked Staff in there somehow. Perhaps adding a crooked staff into the Coat of Arms.

Great! I needed a set of ruins recently, so I built some using the pdfs. I posted my question in the discord. :D
