They look great! It's so interesting to see how people interpret the prompts differently. Really enjoyed seeing your ideas.
Thanks so much! 😊
You did amazing work!
Thank you so much!
This was delightful! ❤ I love your work and your passion and your kindness to this community!

I love to relax and watch my couch too! You made me laugh out loud with that one!😂
Glad I'm not alone!
That was fun! I can't believe you remembered where each one was! That's great. Thanks for sharing your Inktober.
Thanks!
It’s always so enjoyable to see your work! All of the art works are so wonderful! The little duck is so cute, but certainly everything is special!
Thank you so much!
Great creative work. It sounds like you had a good time and accomplished a lot. Thank you for sharing your work!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks Lindsay! That was fun! Jet gas station 💕 Congratulations!💕 Bingo 💕
Thanks so much!!
You did so much work during Inktober. Amazing and fun to see them all at once. I missed a few along the way so it was nice to catch up on your full collection. Thx for sharing Lindsay!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hullo Lindsay, I am just astounded by how much InkTober has expanded over time! When I first attempted the challenge I had a bottle of ink and several dip pens! Now people are making pictures from the prompt list in just about every medium and not being stuck with one. Branching out with mediums and not adhering to a single kind for the entire challenge. You are showing considerable depth and knowledge of so many mediums during your challenge, well done! Thank you for sharing your InkTober journey of 2023 with us. I do enjoy watching your videos and seeing you create so many amazing artworks! I am looking forward to your next video!
Thanks!
Love it when you do sketchbook reviews!
Glad you like them!
I love your sketchbook tours. It's awesome you finished so many sketchbooks on your trip. Great video, thanks for sharing. Much love 💙
Thanks so much! 😊
It’s so much fun to have a tour of your work! I love it all! 💜💜💜
Yay! Thank you!
Oh my word Lindsay, your Inktober sketches are all so beautiful. Thanks for showing me, a mere mortal, what you art goddesses do. Awesome hun 😊❤xxxx
Thank you so much! You are too kind!
Isn't is fun to have a clever response to a prompt? I loved your saddle and a couple others. Thanks for sharing them all together.
Thanks!
Daggar Celestial Shallow was so cute!!! All great masterpieces! WOW!!! Love these!
Thank you! Cheers!
stunning tour, looks amazing ❤❤❤
Thanks for visiting
I so love your style and that you share your art even if your not happy with it yourself. I really like everything you do. I also like the fact that as experienced as you are in the art world you till find new things to learn.
Thank you so much!
Soooo impressive! You're my hero! Thank you so much for sharing these.
Glad you like them!
Awesome job, Lindsay!
Thank you!!
It was so fun seeing all your Inktober sketches! Congrats on finishing a few!
Thanks so much! 😊
Thank you Lindsay. I so enjoy listening to your ideas and inspiration
You are so welcome!
One of my favourite videos of yours.
Thanks!
I love your Inktober and your Urban sketching work. A while back you showed the Urban sketch you did of downtown Bangor. I just love that sketch. Keep up the good work.
Oh thank you!
Great artwork. Thanks
Thank you 😊
I was reading about activating your senses when it's time to art. Your brain enjoys drawing while triggers are happening. The trigger are the couch ( how it makes your body feel) , the TV (listening), and probably at the end of the day(time). I love this. It makes it easier to start up arting.
Interesting!
You were incredibly productive!😮
Falling in love with this! Your artworks are so perfect! Thank you for sharing and inspiring!
Thank you so much!
Loved the star, duckling, and the blueberries.
Thanks!
Love all you created for inktober ! ❤
Thanks!
Great drawings Lindsay!
Thank you! 😁
Thanks for sharing, Lindsay! Gorgeous art as always!
You are so welcome!
A wonderful accomplishment. I really enjoyed this video. Thank you 💖
You are so welcome!
I Love this! I start strong too, but rarely finish. You've inspired me though for next year. Thank you so much for sharing!
You got this!
Love this walk through. Thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it
that push pin (day 5) is amazing! also the chrome on the red car. lets face it, you are good at reflections!
I love to paint them!
Good job finishing a bunch of sketchbooks! I think my favorite is drip. I would not be opposed to a tutorial for that one.
Noted!
Wow 🤩 you do amazing work! Thank you so much for sharing 😊
Thank you! Cheers!
Wow! These are amazing! I love sketchbook tours and this one did not disappoint! Fabulous art work, Lindsay. Thank you SSOOO much for sharing with us. My favorite was the red and gold ornament. I signed up for it at Michael's, so I'll have my version. These were incredible. You're the most prolific artist I know, and I learn so much from you. Thanks again, Lindsay. Great job man! :)
Thanks!
You did some great work this year! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
great job Lindsey
LOL. When I saw your demon, my very first thought was “That looks like the gargoyle protecting my front door. He’s cute too!” Those red eyes make him look like a demon, though. You did a great job on this year’s prompts! The first one, “Dream” really grabbed me when you showed it to us earlier this month. I think your drawing for “Saddle” is more clever than a horse’s saddle. It’s both simple (in the best way) and creative because I suspect most people thought immediately of a horse’s saddle.
Thanks 😊
Hi Lindsay! WOW… so COOL… those prompts seem like they would have been so difficult to do but you nailed it every time! I admire your creative abilities. I love the Boldt Castle sketch! We went there again this fall and stayed in the hotel with that same view! We’ve been going there from time to time since we were kids. It’s an amazing experience. TFS and have a great day! 🙂
You are so welcome!
I love all your pictures!!
Thanks!
Congrats on getting those sketch books finished. I forgot how many you had as you goal to complete. Finishing 3 almost 4 is excellent. Needless to say the artwork was enjoyable to see. I think the Dodge picture was my favorite.
Oh thank you!
Awesome Lindsay! Love seeing all your ideas and beautiful art work. Yes, I know what you mean, I just finished one of my projects and felt I had just ran a marathon or something. I felt that way another time when I for about 3 years in a row made Christmas gift tags so I set that project down for a few years and finding myself wanting to do it again.
That is awesome!
Your work for Inktober was awesome. Thanks for sharing.
I started out so strong. Then, I had to throw in a few really easy ones just to keep up the pace. 😂
Nice work!
I am so impressed that you found pretty much every picture, except 1. That deserves a love. Your Inktober art deserves 10 likes.❤❤❤. So happy that you shared.
I would have preferred a livestream, but after I saw how many different books you used, this was a much better video. However I missed the opportunity for interacting with you 😔.
Loved this video. You crushed Imktober, editing, and the video ❤.
Thank you so much 😀
Really amazing art love all of them. The drip one I think it was called, the ice splashing in the glass I see a cute critter popping up from the glass. It's so cute.. Thanks for sharing
Thank you! Cheers!
I love your sketchbook flip throughs! So happy you finished so many sketchbooks! I’m slowly working through a few too. It’s slow going though. 😅
You can do it!
Good work on the sketch books, some really interesting and lovely pictures. You are so talented and creative. I don’t think there is a place that you wont be drawing, or painting!
Thank you so much!
Well...THAT was an absolute delight, Lindsay! Thank you for sharing all of these wonderful works of art. You are so enormously talented and I respect you very much. I adore how you are so prolific, you respond to all of your comments and you answer our questions. You work so hard! I loved the spider, btw! Soooo cool! Love you, love your channel. You're such a blessing to all of us! Love and Bless xo EDIT: as a life-long Stephen King fan, I adored your map!! LOVED it!
Thank you so much for the sweet comment!
Such gorgeous work! Thanks for sharing. I did not finish and did not do any of the prompts. Mine are more like doodles! Thanks!
You are so welcome!
This is great Lindsay! Not sure if anyone has mentioned it yet but the girl in the drawing for "remove" reminds me very much of Megan Markle Windsor LOL! I'm sorry if that sets anyone off but once I saw it I could not unsee it 😂
It kind of does!
great job
Thank you!
Oh, I love all of your Inktober work. They're all beautiful and have their own special qualities.
I tell everyone if they want to know something about art and art supplies, to check out your channel. You're my go to for everything from product reviews to how-to videos. I totally respect your opinions.
QUESTION: Do you have, or can you do a tutorial on soft backgrounds like the birch tree painting you did? It really gives artwork a 3D look that I love.
Thanks for all you do! 😁❤️
I'll add it to my list. It was pretty easy too!
My niece started sourdough recently and I immediately thought of you
My starter is ready for baking tomorrow!
@@thefrugalcrafter thats better than how she fared, she fed it for 2 weeks then went to use it and it had mold on top. So she was waiting for the weather to stay cold and try again
@@lizziedae91 bummer, that's a drag.
Your art is awesome! 27:54
Thanks 😊
I have to admit that I couldn’t look at your spider pic. It was early on, and I kept, thinking, ok, Lindsay just go to the next sketch! Felt like you stayed on that page forever! Enjoyed the rest, though!
Oh no!
Beast was my favorite 🤩 maybe because of the added story lol sincerely, another undisciplined pet mom 🤣
😆
I’m always thrilled when you use a reference photo I’ve used. I’m easily amused I suppose. (the angel statue and I’ve used the little duckling for something else a couple of months ago I’d you’re curious).
And isn’t life to short to enforce animal discipline around furniture? Maybe you could teach a dog, but cats would just learn to not sit on the comfy chairs while the humans are looking 😅
Oh, forgot to say: beautiful work, even your quick get ‘em done at the end of the day ones look great!
Thanks!
💙💚💛🎃❤💜😻👍
Golden, Day 6 was maybe the Christmas ornament with the gold bow?
Yup!
Nice! I like how you're doing more architectural drawings!
Also, where is that "ye old art shop"? Asking for a friend ...
Haha! I wish I knew!
Beautiful work!! Sourdough bread has been difficult for me to get the starter. I tried a couple of times; it was a big failure. Maybe you would be so kind and share the receipt with us😊
I use this one: www.thekitchn.com/sourdough-beginners-guide-23004397
@Lindsay. Did you see that there is a tube MeiLing watercolor set? I'm going to check numbers to see if the colors are the same as the pans. 36 5ml tubes $35.00.
Yup, just got the set in last night for review!
You are reading too much into it...the spider piece is absolutely amazing as are the other ones!!! "Wander" is probably my most favorite 🤩🤩
Thanks!
Hi! I have few random questions
are the yellow stains really that bad with the sanjoki markers?, how much time does it take for them to show? Would you recommend them as a fist set ?, I need alcohol markers for school and I don't think that drawings with stains would make a good impression with my teachers
I think it is the black maker that stains and other brands do it too so I think I is something in the pigment. If you put your finished art in a portfolio or have a buffer sheet in your book it won't be a problem because I have not seen the stains on the artwork. It a transfer to the facing page.
Did you have saddle shoes? I did in middle school I think. I know they had come in as a thing along with elephant bells. Do you remember that style?
No, I never did.
Hello Lindsay! I while ago I made a watercolor painting which I really liked! Unfortunately, not two seconds later, I accidently knocked over a cup of water and ruined the entire painting! Do you know any methods for "sealing" watercolor paintings to make them waterproof? Thank you!
You can rub dorlands wax on them
Thank you !@@thefrugalcrafter
Any chance if a copy of sour dough starter recipe please. Artwork fantastic
I use the recipe from the kitchn: www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-your-own-sourdough-starter-cooking-lessons-from-the-kitchn-47337
Spider is one leg short, poor thing :)
