    Question, will this help remove scratches from a stove top?

    • @GlassPolishShop
      @GlassPolishShop  5 місяців тому

      Thank you for your inquiry. While cerium oxide is effective for polishing glass surfaces, it may not be suitable for removing scratches from a stove top. Typically, scratches on stove tops are quite deep due to daily wear and tear, and they require a more abrasive approach.
      In such cases, the scratches would need to be sanded down first before applying cerium oxide or a glass polishing compound.
      If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to ask.

    Question: when using your products on your windscreen, side mirrors and windows, how long must one wait until coating the glass and mirrors?

      Thank you for your enquiry. If you plan to coat the glass surface after the polishing process, you can do that right away; just make sure the surface is clean and dry.

      @@GlassPolishShopCan i use a DUAL ACTION polisher? I have a Porter cable. Thank you,

      @@fisephalnoxt Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you can use a Dual Action (DA) polisher like the Porter Cable for glass polishing. However, it's important to note that a DA polisher is typically suitable for polishing tasks and not specifically designed for scratch removal on glass surfaces.
      For removing scratches from glass using sanding discs and cerium oxide for the polishing process, you'll need to use a rotary polisher or an electric drill.
