Another golden oldie of a wonderful gorilla family. The twins are almost one year old in this video. And in this family you'll find 6 babies! It's truly a joy to watch this wonderful big family! I hope you'll enjoy the climbing and playing around!

@@sharonkeogh7036 I think that too when I see what other zoos have big green habitats. Momo's family unfortunately has the bare minimum. Steel and concrete with little vegetation.😔

Hoe koddig!!!! Al die babygorilla'tjes ❤ De tweeling is sooo cute! Met hun kleine lijfjes maar toch al flink zich optrekken aan die houten constructie, elkaar omver duwen, ... haha die hebben de tijd van hun leven, zorgeloos spelen en mama of een ander familielid steeds in de buurt.
Die kleine baby met wriemelende armpjes en beentjes terwijl mama hem probeert te wassen, op 00:48, is ook zó grappig 😍

*Oh, BE STILL MY HEART* *: )* I wish I were in a treehouse somewhere high in the sky, so I could just sit & watch this beloved, heartwarming family for hours and hours on end...Sometimes I think baby gorilla's are "top" heavy with their big heads compared to the rest of their compact little bodies...HaHaHa...I guess that's why they seem to tumble or fall over a lot when they're young like the twins are in this footage...Little as they are though, it's hard to imagine just how strong they are when you see them so easily support the weight of their entire bodies just by their little arms or legs... *: )* I really do LOVE watching them climbing & playing so innocently.. It's *h e a v e n l y* to me... Lieke...you're the best... *: )*

Hi, thanks! The twins are doing great. Good friend of mine visted them last week. Sadly I'm not able to visit any zoos atm due to my health and my son just started school. So hopefully next month I'll be able to visit them and make an update video. Though I should say I prefer to see them outside because their inside enclosure is not nice to film. So maybe it will take a bit longer till the weather is better for me to visit them. But they're doing great, hopefully that's something you'll be happy about ;)!
Why does one of the babies have several scars on its head?

It's probably from grooming. Most primates have them from time to time. Thankfully they heal fast! 😍

Yes definitely okay ;). This video was taken seven years ago and they still live in Beekse Bergen. Sometimes the mommies groom a bit to much. But it grows quickly ;)
