I commuted from Lake Murray area of San Diego to El Cajon - Christian High School, down Fletcher Parkway / Broadway about 14 miles each way, on a Vespa Ciao Moped.
It was new in 1980 for about $700 at Vespa on El Cajon Blvd.
2 years rode it daily and logged I think it was 12,000 miles.
Nothing broke & CVT belt never changed....what a bike...superb memories.
Now that's a cool mayor, I'm not a big fan of politicians, but Steve seems to be a very relatable guy. The Canon ball sounds like it is going to be a hoot.
Done many road trips cross country type on motorcycles it was always a great time. I’m thinking a scooter trip with a large group of others would be great.

Hey Robot! Any chance you could bring up some gas helpers to the SCBR? I just ran across this part today and am heading over to the west coast on Thursday from the east coast. Getting gas stresses me out and is never neat! I’d be glad to pay a premium! Please!?!?!
