PAYMENT CARD FOR ASYLUM SEEKERS: Maximum of 50 euros in cash? "I think that's the right amount!"
A proposal by Hesse and Lower Saxony for a payment card for refugees at the federal-state meeting proposes limiting cash withdrawals via the card to 50 euros. "If there is a large amount, there would be no need to introduce the card," says CDU politician Thomas Karmasin.
