@@royhoeksema5720 I don't know what to tell you. These things aren't mutually exclusive. While I drive I am constantly scanning my surroundings for everything you just mentioned, including things like potholes, roadkill, and other debris in the road.

It's minimal effort but keeps you attentive.
I'm not really sure where else you'd need to be looking at a stop anyway.. you're either waiting for a light to turn or waiting for a spot to fit through the traffic, which both kinda require you to not look away

I don't know what vehicle they're in, but most modern vehicles have driving assist features so she doesn't even have to drive when she's on the highway. Put on adaptive cruise control and lane assist and you're good for like 80% of a 20 hour road trip.
I can not relate to not wanting to drive.
I just finished a 10 hour shift of driving and now im heading out to drive just for fun

Im really glad I found this VOD. It helped me get through work today. It's been a stresstful day, and watch this reminded me of my own playthrough as a child for this game. It was definitely harder back then than nowadays for me.
Drivers ed is a joke in the US. Id be scared for life if i knew other drivers had no idea wtf theyre doing
The written test is fine. The in person test is definitely a joke though. My buddy said he went around in a neighborhood and one street that was 35mph before turning back into a neighborhood and going home. His brother and our other friend got the same guy because they all knew it would be easy. That’s how they make money. If enough people request him than more money for him. Mine on the other hand was stocked asf. Had me go on the freeway, parallel park, and reverse park.
Most drivers ed in northern states are actually pretty decent, sense a few states require you to take driver's ed. America's problem is that we never require a retest, so you get all of these people who never get a refresher on driving and just keep getting worse because all they have to do is pay 50 once every 4 years.
@@drinkswatere...You guys only do 1 in person test? We have 2 separate tests for road tests and freeway testing in Canada. On a G1 you can ONLY do city roads and highways 80kmh or slower. On G2 you can drive anywhere, but you need to be 100% sober. Then a full G is a normal fill license. Either way it's a minimum of 2 years driving experience before you get a full licenses, or 1.5 years if you pay for driving school.
The funny thing is though if you drive a work vehicle a lot here you get very good at driving because you start dodging the idiots without even thinking about it
