- In this video we install a new seat cover on the 1993 Honda fourtrax 300 project four wheeler. This seat cover was in bad shape from the atv sitting out in all the elements. Step by step procedure from disassemble to finish product. NOTE: this process would be much easier with a steam gun and power stapler. But a this is the manual way and it works pretty good. lol

Hey where did you get the cover from ?
I got it on eBay. Amazon didn’t have one. Just look up bonz seat covers
ONLY thing missing on that 300 is a For Sale sign ! .......... Does anyone actually make leather covers for them?? Or would that be impracticable
It sold before I ever started working on it . Lol. It’s hard to find a good leather seat cover anymore. I have heard of people getting boat seat material and using it for a seat cover. It will last a lot longer than the cheaper covers.
You didn't mention the size, length of the staples, that may help others, looks like they could of made it a little bigger
Good point I will add it to the description. They are a T50 1/4 staple and hand held construction stapler. I agree on the seat cover it could have been a little longer in all directions. Thanks for watching
