Bro I was a lil surprised Roni won lol, Nessa's portions made more sense for the gourmet theme and the plating looked good. She had that recipe memorized toooooo! + all that salt on Roni's steak, I thought that was gonna be a deal breaker 😅 Anyways they both did super good! Both dishes were executed well

I personally think Nessa should’ve won, she did everything from memory, she put love in to her food, and it’s lobster and shrimp, literally ticks every box
I think Nessa's plate was definitely more gourmet, I thought she was going to win. Normally steak is my favorite food, but the colors, food items, arrangement, and flavors on Nessa's plate fit the gourmet category best. ❤
My vote goes to Nessa. I genuinely thought she was going to win. Paul's comments about Nessa's dish had nothing to do with the flavor but with the quantity and skewer. Plus Nessa's color pallete was visually appealing with the vivid orange and green.
I guess Paul rated it based on the flavours more than the presentation

I agree I was thinking the exact same thing.I was like soo sure she was going to win.I feel like Paul didn’t vote Nessa coz of the skewer and because it was less.But I think it was rlly clever that she reduced the quantity as that’s actually how gourmet meals are.

This is such a recurring theme in all their challenge videos and perfectly captures their personalities as well
I definitely agree with Nessa on this one. Unfortunately the more gourmet the meal the more you’re paying for even less food. I don’t understand the logic behind it but that’s just the way that gourmet and fancy meals work. I think Nessas proportions were perfect in the gourmet sense. I personally do not like fish so I probably would have chosen Ronnie’s for taste.
I think nessa’s looked more gourmet and was plated nicely. As much as I love steak, roni’s looked like a TV dinner. And I totally think reading Aaron’s instructions is cheating lol. I’m the end, both looked delicious and I’d love both ! Lol

I think the vote should've gone to Nessa. All Paul focused on was the portion than the taste. The whole point of the challenge was to be fancy and I think Nessa got that, along with the portion size too.

My mouth was watering when I saw Nessa's dish. She had the recipe memorized, her portions fit the gourmet category and it was overall more visually appealing for me. She is totally the winner for me on this one. Both girls did a great job though!

In my opinion Nessa’s gourmet meal looked very reasonable for 20 bucks and her presentation was better than Roni’s.However, by saying hers was small and Roni’s meal bigger only means the more gourmet and posh food it is.Roni also cheated by using Aaron’s help, which i think should have not been allowed as Nessa didn’t use instructions without Aaron’s instructions, she wouldn’t of known what to do and how to do it.But overall it’s just a challenge so i don’t mind i love y’all videos ❤️

You both did great! I will say though, Roni using a step-by-step recipe is 1000% cheating lol. Nessa made a lemon-butter sauce and made it too lemony. She didn’t use a recipe so it could be perfect, she went off of intuition - it’s not fair that Nessa made her entire meal off of intuition while Roni had every step given. In my opinion, Nessa should have won just off of that fact alone. Even the judge said it was cheating LOOL. Sorry Roni, but the instructions were totally a cheat 😂😂

No she is not cheating. I have to use recipes all the time. Looking at instructions is not cheating. I literally made the same dish four times and still needed instructions to remember how to do it.
