I feel like doing this challenge will remind me a lot of the days when I was a kid when we didn’t have phones~ It’s crazy how much we rely on our phones and we don’t realise it🤔
I prefer UA-cam challenges like this! Just think of the activities and the new ideas you could come up with to fill your day rather than spending hours upon hours on screens. This is inspiring!

This definitely made me wanna lower my screen time 😅 this was a great vid as always guys!! DEFINITELY enjoyed it and it definitely made me think about how often I use my phone... I literally haven't been able to read in a while because I'm always so caught up in using my gadgets and I hate that, so hopefully this video will motivate me to get back to that instead of scrolling mindlessly! Reading before bed is a thousand times better for my mental health than social media.

Like recently I noticed that I’ve been addicted to my phone in like a really bad and serious way and it’s been affecting my life in general wether it’s studying, motivation, spirituality….etc. And like i thought about doing something similar but like always get discouraged.
