    My wife suffers from Alzheimer’s ’ and is undergoing treatment with light therapy. The result has been a dramatic improvement using a whole range of objective measures. In the case of my wife, this is an n=1 experiment, however the magnitude of the improvement is large and obvious to all family and friends. Don’t rubbish this technology. It is very important and will, once it is fully proven, make a huge difference.

    I wonder what the difference of lights the hair loss helmets have on neuro .. or what is difference between putting red light panel on head vs this?

    Great work! I follow Dr. Michael Hamlin who has authored over 500 peer reviewed publication on photobiomodulation and learned so much for ALL parts of the body since this effects Mitochondria, the engine of every cell in the body, especially in Brain and heart with the highest concentration. I was able to Post heart transplant resolve my intense peripheral neuropathy due to med side effects within less than 2 months after being confirmed to have it by my Neurologist. The treatment was a retail off the shelf pair of slippers w/ both 66nm red and 880nm near Ir used 30min / 2x Day. My Endrochronologist is planning on taking my results and implementing it with his diabetic patients. I have a red / near IR hat being used my my sister for a rare neurodegenerative condition [ PCA ] and its certainly delaying the intensified projected decline.

    Are you thinking about other indications like dystonia?

    • @symbyxbiome

      Thank you for your question. Unfortunately our current research does not support light therapy for dystonia, though we do intend on researching and developing products for other indications in the future. We will definitely share with the public if we have any updates regarding this.

    Whats the difference between this and a generic red light cap with the same light/infrared output?

    • @symbyxbiome
      @symbyxbiome  3 місяці тому +1

      Thank you for your question. Our SYMBYX Neuro works on both a red light (635nm) and infrared light (810nm) cycle. Whilst there are many devices on the market, we prefer not to comment on products and research that aren't out own.
      With that being said, here are some of the advantages of SYMBYX light therapy.
      1. Our devices were used in trials, and backed by clinical trial data (symbyxbiome.com/pages/research-centre).
      2. We provide free and ongoing clinical support from trained clinicians, to help you get the most out of your treatment. You can reach out any time via email.
      3. The light diodes of our helmet are intentionally positioned to target the posterior parts of the brain and neck, which are rich in neural input.
      4. The helmet itself is lightweight, adjustable to fit different head sizes, and comfortable, with a portable power source so you can use it on the go.
      We hope this addressed your question, please don't hesitate to let us know if you have further questions.

      from my limited research, 810nm wavelength is required to treat Parkinson's symptoms. Most of the amazon head caps are either 660nm or 850nm. The wavelength is critical for getting the desired results.

    • @symbyxbiome
      @symbyxbiome  2 місяці тому

      Hi Peter. There is currently no research suggesting this helmet works for Parkinson-plus, and we would only feel comfortable recommending using products and protocols are backed by data. However, research in this area is ongoing and hopefully there will be data in the future suggesting this can help. If you have any other clinical questions, feel free to reach out to the team via info@symbyxbiome.com or +61 2 8066 9966 and they can direct you to our clinicians.

    Interesting! What were the physio & other exercises used in the SYMBYX Rx protocol?

    • @symbyxbiome
      @symbyxbiome  Рік тому +4

      Hi, there were no exercises tested in this study. This was a double-blind RCT testing the efficacy of the SYMBYX Neuro only. If it was tested with exercise, we wouldn't be as confident that the changes came from only the Neuro helmet!

    Doesn't hair block the lights?

    • @symbyxbiome
      @symbyxbiome  2 місяці тому

      A good question! Excitingly, research shows that light therapy can penetrate through the skull and reach cortical tissue (Salehpour et al, 2019). Given that it can penetrate bone, hair will not be a problem.
