Did this as a cool down after a HIIT. Got 2686 steps and 175 burned calories. I jogged most of the time instead of walking to keep the heart rate up. It was a fun workout :D

Yana, as your loyal trainee, can i request for you to make a video that focuses on belly fat? 😂 i struggle in that area. I managed to lose 6 inches, but my belly is still bouncy and flabby.🤣

Fat is gained or lost proportionately throughout the entire body, and no specific exercise or diet can target a certain area of the body. Please don't let fitness influencers mislead you! I recommend watching some videos by Justina Ercole (ua-cam.com/users/JustinaErcole) because she covers myths spread by influencers in a really accessible, understandable way.
