The videos kashish make are mostly biomechanics based. For people with mobility issues he is making really good content. It might not be for everyone.

Many people do not train to failure for that even your form mind to muscle connection also matters which only comes through years of training or under a coach.for many beginners or intermediate they in the beginning phase understand their body can only then and that comes through practise

Powerlifting mein zyada training to failure nahi kiya jaata coz its a strength based game jaha rate of force production in a certain load matters. Volume hypertrophy pe bhi matter karta hai aur strength pe bhi. So apne goals kya hai ispe depend hoga... Still I think try karke dekho coz necessity is the mother of invention.
Research se kuch nahi hota ,focus and muscle mind connection se banta hai body💪

Mike mentzer told Only one set till failure is needed to stimulate growth, and yes it works. Not everyone can train like that. Failure means momentary muscular failure and its a key to growth. Gaurav sir is true.

First thing… jeff nippard never said training to failure is not important. He said we can still build good muscles without training to failure, go watch the full video and then argue these things.

The most needed video in fake scientific fitness industry
Going till failure is important for most exercises, when you are lifting you wanna give your 100% not like 70% . Me when I lift I usually go to absolute failure on the exercises for the best result. I don't want people to agree with me but I wanna say that training to failure is important.

Agree with you Gaurav. From my short experience i can say it works for me for some exercises but for some it doesnt
One thing to include here,
Nothing is permanent. Training to failure, stops working once you hit plateaus. So, u need to change approach and shift to RPE or decreased volume.
High intensity stops working after a while, so u need to switch to other approach.
Therefore, ek tarah ki approach nhi krti kaam. Muscle build krne k liye alag alag approach lagani pdti h and ye sirf vahi smjhega jo 4-5 saal se train kr rha h

its training close to failure. many ppl havent even experienced muscular failure, they think technical failure = muscular failure.

I hv a simple que.
I trained 3 years, 04 to 07,, 11 to 13... No physical activity 13 to 23. Now I started again workout from July 23. My arms size was 15 ten years back. I regain my arm size back to 15 inch but not in chest & back. How much time takes to regain muscle loss back.
Gaurav bhaiya apne kafi time phele ek video ki thi on biceps usme apne kaha tha ki barbell achi exercise nhi hai kyuki usme on top contraction pe load bilkul hee kam hota hai mujhe khud barbell curls mai itna acha pump nhi ata uski jagah cable curls thik rahege kyuki usme mechanical tension hogi?

On machines it 100% makes sense to train till failure. Research and peer reviewed papers all have a sample population. Is it a fair representation of every body type that is the question. I would further say if someone is training in 6-12 rep range and not reaching failure in that range they are not training hard enough

Mein to pehle se ye soch ke train karta tha ki aaj stretcher pe jaaoonga....aur gym mein logo ko ye claim karke workout karta tha ki agar kisi ne ek din mere saath train kar liya to wo agle din se gym nahi aayega... Kyonki itna brutally train karta hota tha... Us waqt jo ek cheez dikhaai deti thi wo thi trophy.... Jis competition ke liye prep kar raha hota tha, dreams mein bhi uski trophy hi dikhaai deti thi... Us level ki training ko aap research se prove nahi kar sakte..... Research aapko numerical figures de sakti hai but aap mentally kya soch rahe ho ya mind se kitne tough ho, wo sab ko dikhaane ka koi tareeka nahi hai.

I wont say training to absolutely failure is important, but 2/3 rep away from failure is good enuf. But the problem with that is most lifters fail to gauge 2/3 rep away from failure. So training to failure doesn't lv anything to guess an one can be sure grow something out of it. An one should not be hitting failure earlier in the training program failure should occur ltr in the program 😊👍
