    Full recipe can be found:
    ❤️️Ingredients:
    For the bread:
    ½ cup milk , warm (about 90-105°F)
    ½ teaspoon active dry yeast (or ½ packet)
    2½ cup all-purpose flour , spooned & leveled (plus more for dusting)
    3 Tablespoon granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    ¼ cup hot water (hotter than 195°F)
    1 large egg , beaten (plus 1 optional for egg wash)
    2 Tablespoon unsalted butter , softened
    6 hotdog
    For the corn and cheese topping:
    1 cup mozzarella , shredded
    ⅓ cup can sweet corn , drained (about 5 oz.)
    ¼ white onion , diced (about ⅓ cup)
    2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
    3 Tablespoon green onion , sliced (optional)
    Dry parsley flakes (optional for sprinkling)
    Ketchup (optional for dressing)

    I know this wouldn't be the traditional sausage-ppang, but if we were to sub corn with diced tomato would that still work? Or would the tomato make the bread too moist

      Hello! Yea of course you can substitute it. If diced than make sure to drain off extra liquid or just place it on top before you bake it. Or if sun dried tomatoes would be great. There's no true traditional way so have fun making new flavors!

    Is bread flour good for this recipe?

      Hello! Yes you can use bread flour for this recipe, however, you will have to probably use a little more milk then the recipe says. Just add 2 extra TBSP of milk at a time until the dough reaches the right consistency. You can check out our blog, linked in the description, for some picture references.
