Charging very high amount ,but so many things are missing
Feels cramped! Also, who would like to sit on the terrace in Gurgaon where the temperature soars for most part of the year. Your 1000 sq feet would go useless and the cherry on the cake is the high maintenance charges being levied every month. You would feel like you are living in a rented accommodation.
Sir if a person could purchase a 6 cr house so I think he/she surely will have the money and staff to maintain it. It's simple commonsense

That's the reason why I have made an attempt to give them some rational thoughts so that people can use their common sense and dont end up buying a flat/house which is not value for money and instead invest it in something better which would be worth it in the long run.
@@siddhant9874 I agree with Mr. Wacky wack xD. Soo much potential gone to waste. The terrace is only good in cooler temps. They could've given bigger balconies and made another bedroom plus expanded the living room a bit.

@@siddhant9874 your view may be lacking practicality here, as how many of those parties can you actually throw in a year? Just try to think about it! Moreover, you are buying a terrace for that is in my view not a sensible approach, as parties are often enjoyed in different locations and ambiences as otherwise even the party people would get bored of the same location. They are basically selling a terrace with your apartment and mind you that too on a high price. Additionally, these apartments generally have almost a 50% loading, this means that you are paying lets say for 100sq ft but getting only 50sq ft for your money.

@@roshill2010 No, these are two different properties. Nfc is considered as one of the posh areas in delhi where as the location of this place is literally nowhere, even in gurgaon. Meanwhile you will have to pay somewhere around 35-50 thousand as a monthly maintenance cost for the duplex apartment which makes no sense at all. I would rather invest in a plot in nfc then to buy this. That would be my personal opinion.
Okay now this one is something like duplex apartments in New York....but indian designer seriously needs to reform their ideas for designing kitchen and terrace.....man 6cr apartment hanging in air doesn't even have a Jacuzzi, modular pantry on terrace, island top and breakfast top for kitchen.

So much glass facade in indian home ? How can someone live without turning the ac on 24x7 because it will trap so much heat. Be prepared to shell 1 lakh a month on electricity if you buy this !
Some properties offer double pained glasses that reduce heat quite a bit. And your right this much space will require alotta electricity still. But, most people earning in triple figures don't care.
