No matter how good an apartment is......we will always end up detecting mistakes...... colour,light,design and what not......and as far as price is concerned,it depends on the price per sq ft.....that's it.....I live in a 800 sq ft apartment and to me this is luxury

People with much more money than 6.5 cr buy such houses and have better source of income than putting their money on interest.
