What’s that equipment you used to get rid of the bracket?

I lift but it will not come up? what is stopping it?

Thank you for watching. I would double check to make sure the hold down is removed. If you do not see anything else around the base of the battery keeping it from coming up I would consult your mechanic or dealer.
