Paul is not considered a good bakery here in France, and it is overpriced. I advise you to go to a more traditional bakery next time you are in France.
Absolutely amazing and divine. It reminds me of when I was back in Paris. Oh I miss it so. It is truly the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. I knew I was home when I was in Paris, so luminous and exquisite. It’s La France!
Paul is really good, and hugely popular in France. In highschool, I lost all my money to them, because their macarons are too good, and I couldn't help myself. They cost 2.60 each, so yeah, quite expensive, but ridiculously delicious.
Our confectionery, and very beautiful, congratulations. Now these sweets are gods, I love sweets. As they are divine, then all of this is mouth watering. I already signed up I will follow you on youtube. I am Brazilian, I am using google translator, if you have some words that you do not understand sorry (lol). I congratulate you all. Abracos 👏👏👏👏👍🧑
I can’t believe it is as good as what you get in France. The ingredients are so much better in France. The packaged cheese I ate from a grocery store in Paris was better than the best cheese I have eaten in the US
Paul is not considered bakery here in France, and it is overpriced. Eataly is the same. Everything is industrial. I advise you to go to a more traditional bakery in both countries.
Some précisions : Paul was founded in 1953 (place de Strasbourg, Lille) even the Holder family had already a bakery in Lille. In France they're not allowed to call "Bakery" but only "Paul" because dough is not made and the bread is not cooked in the shop. The factory is in Marcq-en Baroeul.
No one eats at Paul here in France. They're so overpriced and they're always in train stations, trade shows or airports so it's more about the convenience if you go there. So many local bakeries provide better quality bread, dough, ham...everything.
@@moniboo523 I personally think franchises like Boulangerie d'Honoré, Boulangerie d'Antan have the best croissants and pain au chocolat, but I have no idea if they are overseas.

I worked for Paul's in a few of them not all of them do I first got there and was proud but saw how corporate started killing the quality Paul's Maison de qualet fell and drove me to leave because quality fell but I do remember having great memories of the company when I started it was awesome but bad strawberries in a fresie yea hurts the soul I hope they get back to that I loved making the soups also
Amazing sandwiches and macrons! The worst thing is if this French chain becomes Americanized. The French have a very high food standard unlike Americans.
I believe persons who do not have anything nice to say, just keep quiet,or do better, stop with the thumb down, upsets me,l bake to and most bakers ease stress this way, more persons should bake and the stress will go a way.
Maybe now Paul is become industrial food but I'm sure there's 25 years ago it wasn't. Cause I worked in food distribution sector and I was preparing their orders : good flour, President butter, sea salt, branded milk, some fresh, some in UHT, cream of Isigny A.O.P. etc. and I prepared which other co-workers their orders which were daily. We knew exactly what products to prepare because they were almost always the same.
I used to eat almost every day while i used to work in Dubai. The food is absolutely outstanding
I LOVE Paul! It's one of my go to places every time I'm in France

The pastries and food items in the Paul store in Gurgaon india are so old. One of them just celebrated their Happy Birthday.
What kind of cooler are you using to put your pastries in? It looks like it’s built into a counter. So pretty and clean looking.

it is not that good ... i eat tarte au pomme and sandwich that was so bad! i prefer the artisan boulanger french they are much better
You're right...Paul is only industrial food ! I prefer small artisan that you can find in each town in France
Moi aussi j'ai pas aimé
