I say if you only have a clean channel 800 then makes total sense to use it, ans thats how i used to for mine.

I like to boost mine with a Bluesbreaker, but I may have to dig out my Wylde Overdrive and boost with that sometime. I make no promises to anyone that I won't play 200% too many pinch harmonics.

I use this great pedal on the low input of my SC20H and wow! It’s gritty and crunchy!

Do you think it has more gain in the pedal in Lo input than the HI input of the SC20?

I have a Marshall MG10, because it doesn’t have a footswitch, I am thinking of getting this bad boy and use it on the clean Chanel. Would that make sense?

Makes sense to me. That little MG10 doesn’t have a lot in terms of flexibility of tone, so this pedal would definitely give you more.
You’ll still only have the 10w speaker, but it’ll work.
Worst case you’ll then also have the Guv’nor 🤘🏼

So there's no point using it in a JCM800? I have the SC20C and im interested in getting some pedals

Can I use it directly with a pa? Or do I need a guitar amp between them?

At the very least you would need a cab sim.
It’s designed to be used with an amp, but I reckon it could definitely work.
An amp modeller would take it nicely.
