hi thanks for the content. I have problem with my AIRSTEP KAT. When I plug in to my Katana 50 Mk2 using the original cable, I switch On th amp, switch On the Airsteps, the light letter 'I' is not on. I have check the manual asking to restart the amp, but still doesn't works. I have fully charge the AIRSTEP to green. Please advice, thanks

Hey Dave in my set up I use my guitar straight into Hotone Ampero Mini to PA for my main guitar patches. Bought the SY200 after watching your videos. Thinking about how to set this up with the Ampero so that I can toggle in and out of the SY200 when needed - do you have advice on how best to introduce my SY200 into this simple chain ie: use the SY200 out into the Ampero or use the SY200 send?

Thanks. I have a questions. Can i use my EV-5 expression pedal in it. In the PDF of the pedal on Boss website it's mention : You can connect a footswitch (FS-5U, FS-6 or FS-7, sold separately) to the CTL 2, 3/EXP jack, and use it to tap-input the tempo or to switch memories. Does that mean that EV-5 (Expression pedal) is not working on the SY-200? Realy important for me. But i can't find the answer anywhere. Someone can answer me ? Thanks alot !!!!

Thanks. I just noticed that you can't assign the external foot switch to load a saved song. I would like to prerecord loops for live performances. I wonder if they plan on doing this in the future.

I tried these when they first came out and ended up opting for a Victoria. Then got an Epiphone Anaconda. Then regretted not getting the Gibbo version. Which has now been rectified as I managed to get one the other week 😁

Hi Dave For wet / Dry , I found to what sounds best to me with the GT1000 and core was to set divider to dual and then set mixer to pan L/R and to put the effect sound only to the right hand side on the lower level within the lower level path I prefer reverb and delay coming out of both amps with only the effect sound on the right I run this setup with 2 Princeton reverbs with left output from GT to left amp and right output to right amp

There should be and option to let it play sound while plugged into record out like almost every other amp for $500 aud

hey man i have a question, is the global eq that youve set is suitable for something like an indie sounding tone?

Ive been using a DS1 for 25 years and just learned about the 1x about a month ago. Was pretty convinced the 1x would be the upgrade I'm looking for with the extra EQ band, but after watching this I still prefer the DS1 tone qualities for my grunge-y playstyle. Does anyone have any recommendations for that dirty analog DS1 quality but with extra EQ band(s) other than the 1x?

I guess I’m thinking, why do you need the beat buddy hooked up to the looper unless you plan to actually record the drum beat onto one of the tracks in the looper. Maybe for just the tempo to lock between the two. I can’t see any other advantage. I almost think it would be better to have a small mixer and have the looper out and the BB out go to the input of the mixer and then from the mixer out to the pa or sound system. Seems like that would be easier than having one pedal control the other.

I use EMGs with the 24v mod. I recommend, as it "opens" the sound

I still prefer the old DD3. That's enough delay that i need. I don't need it too airy and spacious like this one. This is more of a reverb pedal with echo. I do not like too much echo but i like a subtle reverb only.

Great video. Can I ask? Are you using the guitar amp and effects in the Looper X or do you have a separate guitar processor before the looper X?
