Tutorial to help learn cross-viewing 3D

This tutorial should be considered as another tool willing to help learn how to view side-by-side images in stereoscopic 3D using the cross-eyed viewing method.
Unfortunatly, there is no miracle solution but only a collection of different approaches...
Look around the web for other different techniques.
Included pictures are from a Fujifilm FinePix REAL 3D W3 camera.
