Absolutely stunning scenery man, such a gorgeous silent hike! 🥾🥾
Thank you for watching. It is such a lovely area, and Suilven was a great day out, highly reccommended.
Absolutely stunning! The way this video showcases the beauty of Scotland is just incredible. Hats off to you Dan!
Thank you for your kind comments 🙏
It’s hard to show some places badly. Thanks for watching.
Can’t really write a comment without using the word ‘stunning’ either. A marvellous video to get those boots walking again!! Thank you! A kick up the backside I was needing!✊🏼
Do it Alan! Is such an amazing place. I can’t recommend it enough. Plenty of spots for some wild camping too if you fancy it. ⛺️
@@danpattinson How long does the round trip take ?
@ata1811 I spent 7 hours in total. I had just done Beinn Eighe the day before however so I was taking it steady. It’s about 5 miles flattish to and from the mountain, on an old Land Rover track, so easy walking.
@@danpattinson thank you for taking time to reply. I’ve subscribed so looking forward to your next outing.
@ata1811 no problem. My hope is to inspire people to get out there.
Thank you for subscribing. Next video is going to be Beinn Alligin. Another mega day out, and maybe my favourite ever hike.
Hi Dan. I’m very jealous, I loved Assynt and especially Suilven. I was up there around three years ago. I need to get back up there. Thank you for sharing your day with us and giving me the kick up the arse in arranging to get back up there.
All the best mate
Dave 😀🥾⛰🏴
It was amazing, not just the hike, but the whole area. I can't believe how little traffic there is up there! I also need to get back up and explore some more.
Glorious vistas! I planned a trip to Scotland just before Covid hit the world and had to cancel. But your video really makes me want to visit Scotland for a long hike.
It’s such an awesome place.
I had actually planned to go to Morocco to climb mt Toubkal but put it on hold after the earthquake last year. That’s when I decided to take this trip. So glad I did.
Get yourself up there. Just be prepared for the midges if you go in summer!
Wow. What a great walk, thanks for that. Random question; what boots do you wear? Cheers
Thanks for watching. A great day out, I can thoroughly recommend if you’re up in the North of Scotland.
My boots are Scarpa Maverick GTX. I got them last year on sale at go outdoors. I’ve used Scarpa boots for years. They always seem comfortable and seem to last.
Brilliant thanks, my ancient Brashers are due for replacement!
