What a brilliant vlog. I am 73 years of age and feeling about 30. Today, like many days of the week I went for a 15km high altitude mountain walk. Feeling very fortunate to live in the Pyrenees.
So so important to have exercise.
Besides having nutritional food from your cookbooks, I feel fresh, healthy and young.
    May it last forever !
Thank you for your excellent postings.
    👏💐💝

The zone 2 recommendation from Lousia is so contradicting with Dr.Stacey Sim. Who should I listen to? Confused!!!!

Please can you say what else you can do if you can't take HRT or eat foods containing phyto oestrogens because you've had oestrogen fed breast cancer.

Are all these points valid for early onset Alzheimer's disease which is genetically driven? I've been listening to a lot of your videos and we have this risk in the family. Does the lifestyle and dietary changes have impact on someone who has a gene that makes them almost certain to have Alzheimer's, particularly early onset?

Genetics are important but not as powerful as environment, including all the changes we can make in terms of lifestyle like foods, exercise, using our brains well, etc. Best wishes

Walking is great. My father walked 10mins there and back to his mosque , 5 times a day and at 80 the doctors said his fitness level was outstanding compared to people half his age despite having a bit of a tummy from enjoying too much food. Never underestimate the power of walking.

Strange recommendation to have more sodium. The general population consume too much (more than twice the RDA). What do you think, Dr.Rupy?
